Staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast provided was varied and plentiful and served in pleasant surroundings. The rooms were a little spartan. The cost bordered on the ridiculous although in fairness this was because of a high demand for accomodation at the time of our stay. |

I was impressed that the staffs serving in the breakfastroom were very kind, friendly and smiled sweetly to every guests. When I stayed, it was very hot. The temperature standed at over 30 degrees in Frankfurt. I know it was unusual, but it was very hot in the room because it was not air-conditioned. |

The hotel was conveniently located next to the train station. Although the area to one side of the train station is kind of sketchy, the hotel itself was very clean and tidy. We had a comfortable night in the hotel and a nice breakfast the next morning. The price was great. It was a bit noisy. We had closed the window but you could still hear some street noise. And we were awakened by other guests who were moving in the hall in the middle of the night. But again, the location was perfect for catching an early train, and it was a comfortable, clean place to stay for a good price. |

The server named Magdalena in the breakfast room was incredibly gracious, and the spread itself was astonishingly good. Room was tiny but neat and all I needed for one night. |

Proximity to the train station and the fairgrounds. The room was quiet and the hotel is good for a brief stay. Staff was not qualified, gave me the wrong phone number in Hamburg. Also the internet service was spotty and of poor value. Hard to log on and too complex to retrieve emails at the terminal in the lobby. The telephone had no info as to how to call the reception. |

Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Room was rather small and there was no easy chair nor a good reading light. As we were paying 243 Euros for one night (as there was a Messe on), we expected rather more. The next night only cost 72 Euros! I wrote the comments on the evaluation available at the hotel. |

I loved this "boutique" style hotel. The location to the Messe fair and downtown was very convenient. The staff was very friendly, and when I had to check out earlier than the breakfast time, they arranged for coffee and breakfast for me. They were very accommodating. Although the room was very clean and updated, it was very small. Hotel seemed a little noisy. Bring your earplugs.....But I would stay there again. |

Breakfast is top class, good choice, quality and from early to quite late. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful and are fantastic. It is very close to main railway station. Modern minimalist décor only looks good when new, here is it a little tired. The walk from the hotel to the Old Town is through an area that we felt quite uncomfortable in. |
