無料でできるインターネットはあるのですが、日本語フォントが入っていないので文字化けしてみれませんでし- た

過去のﾚﾋﾞｭｰにもあったが、鍵がなかなか開けられなかった。不思議・・・・

スタッフについては、丁寧な人もいましたが、英語に不自由なゲストに対しての応対が慣れていない（ぞんざい- な）人もいました。でも、おおむね良好です。駅のそばなので、列車を利用する方には便利でしょう。近くにス- パーもあります。

Bathroom needs to be upgraded

Staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast provided was varied and plentiful and served in pleasant surroundings.

The rooms were a little spartan. The cost bordered on the ridiculous although in fairness this was because of a high demand for accomodation at the time of our stay.

Value for money! Superb breakfast. Helpful and nice personell. Perfect location.

I was impressed that the staffs serving in the breakfastroom were very kind, friendly and smiled sweetly to every guests.

When I stayed, it was very hot. The temperature standed at over 30 degrees in Frankfurt. I know it was unusual, but it was very hot in the room because it was not air-conditioned.

small rooms, no air condition

The server named Magdalena in the breakfast room was incredibly gracious, and the spread itself was astonishingly good. Room was tiny but neat and all I needed for one night.

Excelent staff, especialy the girls serving breakfast,breakfast is very good with nice veraiety, rooms are clean and nice, very close to the fair, main train station etc.

Proximity to the train station and the fairgrounds. The room was quiet and the hotel is good for a brief stay.

Staff was not qualified, gave me the wrong phone number in Hamburg. Also the internet service was spotty and of poor value. Hard to log on and too complex to retrieve emails at the terminal in the lobby. The telephone had no info as to how to call the reception.
