Friendly staff, pleasant hotel, good value for money Nothing except the question that always pops up: why are duvets so short in German hotels? |

Friendly staff, efficient at their jobs. Breakfast was good Stayed in a triple room for 3 adults. However the 3rd bed was a sofa bed, uncomfortable and not suitable for an adult. Hotel were unable to provide any alternative |

The staff was really friendly and pointed us to some great restaurants nearby. The city centre is far away, but we had a car so this wasn't a problem at all. The hotel is lovely and the breakfast amazing. |

The staff were very friendly and made us very welcome. The position of the hotel was a little way out of the centre of Heidelberg but it was not a problem because the tram stop was very close and ran very regularly. |

Very friendly service. Private parking. Close to A5, good for overnight stopover. Close to a few simple restaurants. Clean, perfectly adequate room for 3 persons (as booked), including third bed. Breakfast satisfactory. Airconditioning comfortable. Noise from streetcar (tramway) despite closed windows. Restaurant not open on Sunday evenings, and not open in August (but cheap alternatives nearby). |

The hotel rooms were quite small but they were comfotable and quiet. The breakfast spread was exceptional including smoked salmon and champagne! The hotel is close to a large cemetary and the building next door sells tombstones. |

Very comfortable and clean - and as others as said - the tram was great for getting into town. Tickets were available from reception which made it even easier! |

This was a very good hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Easy access via tram to the centre of Heidelberg (tickets from the hotel reception). Bar good and restaurant food very good and not too expensive. Very good breakfast with good variety. Rooms comfortable, clean and all facilities working. We would definitely use this hotel again for our next visit to Heidelberg. |
