Very friendly staff, informal, excellent breakfast, on walking distance from Konigsallee. No overnight heating system shut-down as other people mentioned. And the best news is... Soon the hotel will have an elevator ! |

Good location, about 15-20 min. by foot from the center. Breakfast is not very big, but delicious. I enjoyed Wi-Fi Internet and friendly staff. Next time I will choose this hotel again. Smell of cigarettes in a room though we ordered a non-smoking room. |

I liked everything about this hotel: Staff friendly and helpful, rooms clean and spacious, shower good, WiFi excellent, breakfast very good and the hotel is situated within a few minutes walk from public transport. Value for money is outstanding. I knew beforehand that there was no lift, so I am not complaining - let's just say I got fit climbing to the 4th floor every day....... |

The breakfast is extremely good. No parking facilities. Big parking lot nearby was closed for unclear reason. The room floor was cleanly not properly cleaned. An empty water bottle from previous visitors was under one of the beds and the carpet is full of stains. Until room cleanness improves answer on following question would be no. |

it was nice hotel, but we faced with one problem. In the night the waterheater system was switched off and it became very cold in room. Fortunately, the blankets were quiete warm. |

es war alles in Ordnung - gemütliches Hotel - gutes Frühstück einmal gründlich durchputzen könnte nicht schaden, vor allem wenn man dunkle möbel hat muss man halt öfter staub wischen :-) |

la posizione e la colazione Non c'è ascensore,in una delle camere non funzionavano gli scarichi e c'era un grosso buco nelle lenzuola, però il giorno dopo (dietro richiesta) è stata cambiata. I cestini non venivano svuotati e neppure i pavimenti erano molto puliti. In una camera non c'era neppure una sedia. |

Ho apprezzato molto l'aiuto sempre gentile e disponibile dello staff. L'uso semplice e gratuito del internet in camera (molto apprezzato).l'acqua calda sempre in abbondanza nel bagno. Il fatto che la camera sapeva di fumo e avrei desiderato una camera non fumatori. Il frigo bar che non funzionava. |

De kamers waren ruim en erg schoon. Alleen vond ik het een nadeel dat de kamers ontzettend koud waren en ondanks dat de verwarming aanstond wed het er niet warm. |

L'hotel e' a due fermate della tram via dal centro, comodissimo, le camere sono molto belle confortevoli e ben riscaldate, colazione abbondantissima, il personale e' cortese e parla bene l'inglese. |

Bad: sehr klein. Die Toilettenbenutzung war auf Grund der beengten Verhältnisse eine Zumutung (Breite zwischen Wand und Duschwand keiner als 50cm). Kein Lift. Lage: an sehr lauter Haquptstr. Keine ausreichende Unterbringungsmöglichkeit der Garderobe und Reiseutensilien. |

Het ontbijt was uitstekend!! Locatie ten opzichte van koningsallee was prima (10 min. Lopen). Kamer + badkamer waren schoon en prima in orde Geen tweepersoonsbed. Geen lift (naar 3 hoog lopen). Gehorige kamers. Non smoking room noodzakelijk voor niet rokers vanwege stank. |
