For us visiting Munich as tourists, this hotel was well located, close to public transportation and in walking distance to the City Center. The personnel were very accomodating. They kept our luggage the last day of our stay which permitted us to extend our visit. |

The rooms were very clean and nice and the location was good. It was nice to have wireless internet as well. We were unable to park our car at or near the hotel and ended up unwittingly parking in a no-parking zone! |

I liked the breakfast variety provided & the freindly helpfull staff i was unhappy that the hotel does not have a tea maker in the room, this is something all hotels around the world in this price category have. Its very irritating to go down to the restaurant evrymorning for a cup of tea especially for people who are used to having two cups of tea in the morning before breakfast. |

Friendly staff, staff spoke very good English. Breakfast was great. Booked a double but no second bed, found out that you have to specifically ask for second bed. Friends stayed at the Holiday Inn down the street but didnt have this problem. Not too big of a deal. |

The Hotel was in a great part of the city close to public transportation, some rooms had a small balcony looking out over the court yard. The restaurant in the Hotel had great service and the food hit the spot. I would recommend this Hotel to a friend. The parking garage was nice to have but small and a pain to park your car in due to the slanted up hill spaces. Once the car was parked it stayed there until we left because it was too much of a hassel to go in and out. I stayed for Oktoberfest and it was really close but the $ was very high for us to due that reason. |

The location is good, right next to the Underground. The area is quiet. The price is maybe ok for Munich... We booked a double bed room but there's no double bed inside. It's actually two single-beds put together. It's not too comfortable to sleep on it with a gap in between. The price is not too cheap and there's no breakfast (you can pay additional 9 euro for a breakfast) |

The hotel staff were really lovely and the metro is only steps from the front door with a 2 min trip to the cetre of the city and it was really quiet at night The bed was concave sagging downwards so really uncomfortable, and the pillows were basicly big sacks filled very loosley with feathers - provided zero support. |

The staff were friendly and helpfull and some spoke English. The breakfast was good but maybe a little expensive. The location is very convenient to the U Bahn and the excellent Pauliner Brewery restaurant is just at the end of the street. |
