This was a nice little place right next to Oktoberfest, only a 5 minute walk to the fairgrounds. I highly suggest this hotel is you plan on going.The room was modern and comfortable, perfect for a couple or a two friends. It was also one of the better priced places that was so close to the party. The staff was a little rude, but I found most German workers more on the rude side, so it was not unexpected or uncommon.

The newly renovated room was clean and practical. Good location and easy walking distance to Oktoberfest. The staff at the front desk were obnoxious and rude.

The hotel room was extremely noisy well into the night. It sounded like hotel staff were collapsing tables, or some similar activity, without regard to guests. Or perhaps it was the noise of slamming room doors. In any event, it was very bad for several hours at night. And the ordinary noise from adjacent rooms passed right through the walls. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Outlooking, to be honest it is extremely OLD. But inside the room it is fully clean and good in design. Room space also pretty wide. So relax atmosphere with several good design furnitures. Wish to be back again for Munich travel.

Location is excellent, v close to the u-bahn station, and just two stops away to city center. Good breakfast too. Rooms are a little shabby. And wi-fi hardly works in the rooms, you have to go to the lobby!

The hotel offers good value for money. The Mediterranean styled rooms were newly renovated. I could not turn on the heating in the room. Since I was staying there in the end of October, the room was a bit cold.

Location They made unnecessary complications during my online reservation. Receptionist and a certain gentleman responsible for online reservations did not communicate each other, so they canceled my first reservation, although I called the hotel over some credit card problems . On the phone, the gentleman in the bureau for online reservations refused to help me, until I had to tell (threaten) him that I want to speak to the hotel manager or some superior. Then he made me do the online reservation again, and then everything worked out ok.

Very close to the city center and train station. Nice, clean room. Spotty internet through out the stay. Up charge on an extra night of stay was almost 3 x's the rate we paid for original 3 days (but was the best price we could get in general).

The staff at the hotel were very pleasant. It is a small hotel making it very homely, with a lovely courtyard restaurant. It is 2 minutes walk to the Munich underground or 20 minutes walk into the centre of the City.The airport bus which runs regularly is five minute walk from the hotel.The menue is not very extensive but the food is healthy and tasty and reasonably priced. I would definately stay here again The combined shower and toilet door does not really work; also it can restrict the entrance door if left slightly open. There is no hand rail in the shower.

About 5 minutes from Oktoberfest area. Clean and new. Price was ridiculously expensive for a room with the bathroom and sink together with the bedroom. The bathroom door is the same as the shower door and so if someone is showering you have to go with the door open. The website stated that parking was available and when we arrived the lady at the counter opened the garage for us but after parking another person told us to leave and park on the street.
