All rooms were renovated in February 2009. All conference facilities and public WCs were renovated at the end of 2008.
The Ibis's restaurant, La Table, serves regional and international dishes from 18:00 until 22:30.
Snacks and drinks are available around the clock at the hotel bar.

IBIS are always the same world wide. Clean, very gentle staff good breakfast and dinner but too small rooms. Yes, I still think there could be more bathrooms facilities and at least face towels!! Lately I've been noticing that IBIS is not so much worthwhile .There are other good options with similar prices. |

駅に近い。湖にも近い。値段が手頃。カフェテリアが24時間使える（らしい）。冷蔵庫や電気ケトルなどはな- いが、最低限の設備が清潔に提供されている。スタッフは親切だったし全員英語対応可能だった（名札に英語可- 能かどうか記載されている） 「魅力的な専用バスルーム」ではなかった。シャワーのみ。この価格では仕方ないのかも。 |

Sehr zentrale Lage, Hotel ist sauber und für den Preis gut ausgestattet. Tiefgarage ist für Hamburg billig. Leider hat die Rechnung nicht gestimmt und ich muß jetzt hinterturnen. |

Die Lage ist zentral direkt an der Alster, unweit Hauptbahnhof und Geschäften, gute Anbindung. Hatten Zimmer zum Hinterhof wo Züge vorbeifuhren, war deshalb nicht ganz so ruhig. Fenster haben aber den größten Lärm abgehalten, konnten gut schlafen. |

Su ubicacion es perfecta, cerca de la estacion de trenes, del hermoso lago y del centro de la ciudad. El personal del hotel es extremadamente amable y cordial, fue un agrado. Habitacion bastante pequeña, el baño peor aun. |

Nahe des Einkaufzentrum--nahe an der Alster und am Hauptbahnhof. Ruhige Verkehrslage und gute Parkmöglichkeit mit der Tiefgarage. Stressfrei zu erreichen. Freundlichkeit der Putzfrau auf unserem Stockwerk. Ein Fahrstuhl reicht nicht für die Zimmeranzahl bei Ihnen -- zu lange Wartezeit. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, bis zum HBhf nur 10 Fussminuten, wenige Minuten bis zur Aussenalster. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und reichlich, der Service für ein 2-Sterne-Hotel lobenswert, auch Sonderwünsche wurden umgehend und freundlich erfüllt. Jederzeit wieder. Wer auf äusserste Sauberkeit Wert legt, würde sich an den Staubflocken auf dem Parkettboden stören. |
