Room it self was clean and personal was helpful!
Check in takes 30min! First room what they ofering was with one big bed but ordered was two beds! Second room smell mold! All hotel with rooms are worn and need easy repair!
Everything is bad
Location is 100 meter away from metro station.
The basin piping was broken, they place a pail to collecting the waste water which not hygiene.
Clean only once two days Some equipments are broken in the bathroom Not nice staff My neighbour got someone broke into their room in the middle of the night Smelly
Only good thing about this hotel was the location, what wasnt far away from the city centre.
The staff wasnt very friendly and charged 10 euros in cash for parking, but did not give any cheques. The rooms smelled a bit and the floors were very dirty. Also the value for this hotel wasnt in shape!
Staff were rude. People were there from before 4pm, and though an employee was at the desk, he refused to help anyone until right at 4:30. By then there were 10 of us. Many had reserved smoking rooms through booking.com which the hotel did not have available. The room was run down, but fine. Also you might not realize it but internet costs 10 euro a day. Given that my cost for the room alone was 29 euro for the night, and that I was there because of a tight budget, this charge annoyed me (so I didn't pay it!).
The staff and the owner are very impolite, they argue with inspections and police on daily basis, unclean rooms.
good location, very near to the metro station
dirty on the floor and bathroom, bed is also not so clean. I was living on the fourth floor, at nicht from 11:00pm until 2:00 am there was noise from somewhere, it sounds like the machine or else.
rooms not ready cleaned despite very late check in and greedy rude owner trying to squeeze extra money out of us.
When I checked out.
The staff was scary. Wallpaper falling off walls. The shower was with plastic sheets repaired. Carpet was very dirty with spots. Lighting over wash basin did not work.
Owner was highly cooperative and understanding. There was not any form of disturbance.
Unfriendly, non-professional and dirty
Only the Location is quite OK, close to ZOO, and not far from Zeil.
Terrible and unpleasant staff, who tried 3 times to locate us in supplement more expensive room. Very unfriendly for young people. The documents in receptions are in total mess: I paid for the room in cash in advance, then they canceled my booking and administration of Booking.com had to intervene!
Silent, good location.
Breakfast the same every day and if you sleep until 9 o, clock all sald out. Remaining gem and butter. (we do not recommend the breakfast) They take from me more money. I reserve for 160 E...and they take 180 from my card. The airconditioner is just for dipsozition. It did not work. Chairs and frightfully dirty carpet.
Worst hotel experience ever. We booked and paid the hotel in advance but when we arrived we had to wait 1.5hours until someone told us, there are no rooms available. We had to find another hotel for the night and had to come back on the next day. At least they paid us the other hotel!!! On the next day we couldn't get into our room until 4 pm, when we entered the room it was really dirty. Toilette wasn't flushed, hair in the bed and dirty shower. My advice there are other hotels in the area for the same price!!!!
South Koreans singing opera songs and playing piano. They spoke English. They found a hair dryier for me
room looking more like a cell in a jail (no cupboard, old furniture, terrible bed) dirty bed. extremly small toillete (when you left the toilet up, you cannot open the shower, when you left it down, you couldnt open the door). No stuff available for guests. I have got single bed room for the price of double bed room.
The hotel manager (some Korean) he is really worst person I ever met in Europe as of now . I made the booking for 2 Adult person and went with my spouse and 3 years daughter. The Hotel manager at the reception area asked me to take extra bed and pay 80 EURO more for my daughter and breakfast charges else he asked me to cancel the booking. Then I paid him. Next day (13-07-2014) when I was checking out , It was raining heavily and I was having quite few luggage and I requested for Locker room or to provide me space to put my luggage for 4-5 hours then again he asked to pay 20 Euro. Ideally Hotel should provide this facilities . This is really worst experience I got. I need that this Hotel manager should be questioned what all he is doing with the tourists. Thanks
I liked Frankfurt
To many things. Tips: you better stay home then travel to Jaguar hotel....
The rooms were clean and reasonably priced
The staff were rude, not being at reception when we arrived and then no apology, just making us sit in the foyer while he closed the door to reception, making us seem rude for wanting to check in.
Too late check in and there is a telephone at the door to call the receptionist, who will arrive just 15 min later, just not good specially when not early known...
No hot water
didnt have room, charge more money and put me in hotel am zoo, pretended that he had no recored of booking so he could charge more money
