There was very clean and tidy The staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice and comfortable choice. It was too bad to us 3 times to ask for extra heat in our room because the radiator did not work. We arrived Friday. 13.00 and only got an extra radiator on Saturday afternoon. There was also no hot water any day only likkent. We did not even get compensation expense for these problems, it should be done about automatically.

We have been staying at the Kaiserhof for 40 years, whenever we visit Lubeck. In some ways it has changed much over this time, but it remains comfortable and welcoming and spacious, unaffected in these important respects by the transition from Ruth Klemm to new ownership.

I have been at Kaiserhof before and came back there with my family. The hotel is situated quietly outside the centre but still within pleasant walking distance to the many sights and shops of Lübeck. The building is from the outside most impressive and that fortunately goes for the indside too. We were only there for one nigt but everything was to our satisfaction. The people who served us at Kaiserhof were very kind and professionel.

The studio room was nice and spacious, bathroom was also large.The room itself was very quiet and clean. The receptionist was very friendly and the location was perfect, a 10 minute walk into town which meant being able to leave our car at the hotel for our stay. Would choose to stay here again! The breakfast room was cold and the breakfast not worth the extra 9 euros!

A really nice hotel, a very nice touch was the chocolate on the pillow.Beautiful bathroom with nice white fluffy towels. Very comfortable bed in a spacious room.

Graceful old buildings beautifully restored. Large, high-ceiling rooms admirably furnished. Nicely appointed restaurant and bar. Full spa, pool facilities. Stroll to city centre. Excellent value. Ugly ofice building in greenery opposite - no fault of the hotel, though!

The hotel was excellent value for money - we got a free upgrade of room. The staff were all very polite and helpful. The breakfast is well worth the 9 euros - as brewakfast out in Lubeck is a little more limited.Great city to visit and the hotel was very convenient just outside the centre.

The suite was lovely and very suitable for our toddler with the added cot. Nice warm pool and decent breakfast. The decor is dated, but not shabby. But then again, one wouldn't get a room in a design hotel for those rates.

Perfect location with own free parking. Only 5 minutes to innerstadt and many good restaurants. Nice and helpful reception. The breakfast buffet was OK, but the milk was kept in a large jug without cooling, and they used the same milk over several days. On second morning the milk had become saur. Also, the heated bowl for eggs, bacon and saucages was not kept warm, so everything was more or less cold.

The staff we met were friendly and hospitable They called their restaurant "gourmet" in their internet advertizing but it was rather mediocre - not bad, but certainly not "gourmet".Further, the restaurant was completely empty when we visited, which didn´t contribute to the experience. However, the waiter was quite friendly and hospitable and the food okay.

Everything was as perfect as can be. I can easily recommed this hotel for anyone. Breakfast was excellent, staff as friendly and helpful as can be. Inside pool was my little daughter absolutely the best thing. :) Thank you! Hotel restaurant prices were quite expensive.

“This is a very friendly comfortable hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was extremely clean and we were lucky to be upgraded to suites at the same room rate we had been quoted for bedrooms. We enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast each day The hotel is very close to the Old Town which has plenty or restaurants and shops.
