Good location, easy parking just in front (free). Good sized family room (we stayed at the main hotel building), very quiet. Very good breakfast and also good restaurant. |

Free internet and newspaper in the elegant bar/lobby area of hotel. The room was in a guesthouse half a block from the hotel and required that we go to the main hotel to use the internet and eat breakfast. The guesthouse was not as impressive as the hotel and the room was a bit small. |

Excellent location near to but just outside old city limits, easily found on arrival. Free parking outside. We stayed in the Annexe which was quiet with big rooms and cheaper than the hotel. The breakfasts, internet and swimming pool were all good features. |

Yes! The bedroom was not 4 star hotel standard. The carpet was old, and very stained. The seventies style decor while retro is not what would be expected of a 4 star hotel. The swimming pool was also a disappointment, very small and could do with being upgraded. Overall not worth the price we paid and definitely not 4 star hotel standard. |

Friendly and helpful staff. One of our rooms was large although the other was slightly small and in the attic. |

The room was rather big and we got a balcony. Very poor parking possibilities outside the annex where we stayed (3 ! parkings for 6 rooms (or more rooms). The annex is in a private houses area and the street was loaded with parked cars and with a lot of garage driveways there is not much parking left. Difficult to find the annex first, no signs on the house. The balcony needed cleaning. |

Breakfast is quite nice, with plenty of choice. A bit expensive for the quality of the rooms. Clean and decent, but not mind-blowing. The annexe is probably lower quality than the main building. |

Upon arrival, we were instantly "upgraded" to a room in the main building, allthough we had booked a room in the (cheaper) annex. It's very close to the Old Town, the breakfast was excellent, the restaurant is beautiful and good value for money, there's a swimmingpool and free parking, and the staff was very helpful. The curtains in our room, (which was facing the street) allow a lot of light to come through. |

We stay at the hostel, not the main hotel. Good location, comfort and clean room, decent breakfast -good value for money. Walking distance from city centre, parking available. We recommend this hotel. |

Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, elegant with an old world feel without being pretentious, very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Had read some negative reviews on the hotel before we stayed there and now can see no basis for these comments whatsoever! |

I really enjoyed staying at the Hotel Kaiserhof. The staff are so friendly and very welcoming. They really try their best to make you feel comfortable and the staff are incredibly helpful. I am very pleased. The hotel location is perfect as its about 5 - 8 minutes walk away from the town centre. |

Large and comfortable double room. Breakfast buffet was excellent ! Early access to sauna and swimming pool. Just a suggestion: Hang some posters/pictures/decorations on the naked white walls. |
