i think that because we reserved through we got the worst room they could find!!!

Hotel Kaiserhof is clean, efficient, friendly and well-located.

The rooms are large but a little bare of furniture and very slightly fraying at the edges, although the place is generally well-looked-after.

Everything was very nice. We were kindly moved to the lower level because of health problems. The young lady at the front desk in the afternoons is a credit to your company. She was helpful in every way.

It would be nice if I could have been able to choose our room when we booked on line avoiding the third floor problem.

The room was as silent as it can be, and the bed was really good: we slept til late morning.

Rooms were clean and silent

"Spa" area is a nice pool and a sauna that looks like it is used in horror movies. But you don't have to use it.

Very nice old fashion hotel near the old town. Good breakfast. Room number 48 was excellent, upper floor and large.

Very fine old-fashioned but well maintained hotel with a nice atmosphere. Very helpful and smiling staff and extremely pet friendly with lovely park across the road.

The breakfast could have had a wider variety to choose from although it wasn't bad.

Me and my 10 year old daughter spent five days at this Hotel with a nice "old fashion" character. At the backside of the hotel they had a lovely garden where you could have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine. The pool and relax area was great. We did not try the restaurant, which was relatively expensive, since we prefered having a meal in town. We lived in the main bulidning which had nice rooms. The rooms in the Guest House did not have the same standard, as we were told. The location was good, just outside the City Center. You coud park your car just outside the hotel. We enjoyed shopping in Lübeck. The size of this City is perfect since you can walk anywhere you like. You don´t need a car or any public transport.

Nice and beautiful hotel, kindfull and professional staff, particularly young man in reception. Good breakfast.

Nice big room (stayed in the gästehaus) friendly and very helpful receptionist. Nice spa area with a big pool and sauna. Closeby to the Altstadt. 500 meter walk. Really good breakfast buffet.

Internet connection was extra in the rooms. Only free in the Lobbyarea.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is old fashioned (they still use the old style keys with a heavy keyweight) but very comfortable. The room was nice, light and large. The hotel is only 4-5 mins walk from the old part of luebeck town center, and parking is free. Good breakfast buffet with a large choice of various German meats, cheeses, pate, jams etc, as well as eggs and bacon. We would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable room and efficient service to check in and out (we were only staying for one night on our way through so that's exactly what we wanted).

All the staff were extremely polite and helpful and went out of their way to meet our needs especially as we were travelling with 3 small dogs. The food was excellent and very good value. The surrounding area couldn't have been nicer with a lovely park and good walks just across the road.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön mit tollem Ambiente. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Gute Lage für Shopping etc.

Wir waren im Nebenhaus untergebracht, war jedoch nicht tragisch.

Das Fruehstueck

Das Gaestehaus, wo unser Zimmer war. Zu kleine Dusche (altes Badezimmer), Duschstange brach jedesmal, Dusche wurde jedesmal kalt. Zimmer im Gaestehaus ist keine 4 Sterne wert!

Dejligt hotel, der ligger lige på kanten af bykernen ved Muehlentor. Lækker, lille swimmingpool i kælderen. God morgenbuffet. God valuta for pengene.

Restauranten kunne ikke lige tage et par mere ind, selv om der ikke var mange gæster. Dynerne var for tunge.

Duschkopf defekt
