Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean throughout and has a wonderful location on the bank of the Mosel River immediately adjacent to the town square of Cochem. Restaurent has very good food both at breakfast and at dinner. We were staying during quite hot weather and found that the lack of air conditioning was a big disadvantage. We were able to arrange for the supply of a small fan, and although it tried it was not really able to cope with +30c temperatures |

The position of the hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom/shower room had good mirrors - particularly a magnifying mirror which was much appreciated. Breakfast was good but the evening meal (on half board) was very average. |

We went to Cochem to visit multiple wine vendors located in the city and sit by the Mosel river and enjoy the atmosphere and wine. Hotel Karl Muller was perfectly situated in the city center with easy access to many vendors, shopping and restaurants. The breakfast in the hotel was excellent, the eggs, bacon and selection of breads was great. We were not able to check in until 3pm. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the owner made our last night at his hotel a memorable one. Had heard the noise from the street would be a problem, not so in our case, could not have asked for a better place to stay. |

The hotel was in an excellent location facing the river Mosel and was central to the town. The room was very nice and quiet, despite the busy main road outside. Breakfast was excellent, catering also for a gluten free person. We stayed during a busy period and car parking was hard to find, although you can reserve a parking lot through the hotel. There is free parking across the river, approx 300m away. |

The lady in Reception was very helpful and even though we arrived too late for dining found space at a restaurant nearby Having slept late I arrived foor breakfast at 10:10 I asked for bread or a boiled egg but was told it was too late. I found the attitude of the breakfast service staff indifferent. I certainly would not treat my guests in this manner. |
