This is my second visit at Hotel Koenigswache. They are located one block away from Theriesienstr. U-Bahn stop, and the U-Bahn stop is only 2 stops from main train station (Haubpbahnhof) so the location is convenient. The hotel itself is not luxurious or special, but has in both occasions been very clean. No frills, but for the price, I will definitely stay again. I feel that even when you pay 50-100% more, you will not be able to get a clean and quiet hotel like Koenigswache.

Close to tu Munich, on a quiet side street. Bathroom was so small I didn't have room to sit normally on the toilet, had to sit sideways. Have to climb stairs to use the elevator. Internet is not free.

The location on a quiet residential street was lovely, and it was a short walk to transportation. The breakfast room is beautiful and the breakfast buffet was traditional German with many choices. The internet connection from the 4th floor was rather slow, possibly due to distance from the router.

L'hotel è in una discreta posizione rispetto al centro della città. E' un Hotel abbastanza nuovo e quindi molto ben curato e pulito. Le stanze non sono grandissime ma comunque abbastanza confortevoli. La sala colazioni è molto ben curata e la colazione è ottima. Una cosa negativa c'è e me lo farà ricordare per sempre!!! Non essendoci l'aria condizionata e visto le altissime temperature che si sono registratequest'anno ad agosto, ho dovuto dorimire sul balcone!!

L'hotel si trova a sole tre fermate di U-bahn da Karlsplatz, ma si può raggiungere anche a piedi il centro in venti minuti. La zona dove si trova l'albergo é tranquilla, anche per tornare di notte da soli. Le camere sono pulite e la colazione discreta. L'unica pecca: non c'é l'aria condizionata in camera. E ad agosto se ne sente decisamente la mancanza!
