We checked in late and were delighted with Steven at the reception, he was as friendly and helpful as could be. The hot breakfast was nice, delicious bacon.

The ladies at the reception the next morning they were the opposite of Steven. Poor juice and coffee.

Great location to shop/explore the city. Had some noise problems with patrons from a nearby bar in the early morning - but the hotel can't control that.

Fabulous breakfast! Good location, remarkably quiet considering that location, nice people, front desk spoke good English , very clean.

Right by the train station which is good for travel connections, but the train station was also a hang out for loud drunks who were yelling and getting sick until five in the morning.

Hotel told us the boat dock was 10 - 12 minutes walking. We walk quickly, and it took us 26 minutes.

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. An excellent hot and cold breakfast with many options was included in the rate. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The location was very convenient across from the train station and about a 15 minute walk from the Cathedral and other city sites.

It was a great hotel directly opposite the station which gave us easy access to Frankfurt airport. Mainz is a great city and my preference to Frankfurt being smaller and more friendly.

Great breakfast included in price! Eggs, bacon, cereal, fruit, toaster, yogurt, espresso machine, coffee, juice, etc..The bedroom had high celings, an ultra-clean bathroom, and WIFI.

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was really good.

The hotel is very noisy - it isn't only because of o the proximity to the train station and to night clubs. But also because the walls seem to be made of "paper" - you can hear everything from the other rooms and this was very annoying.

My room was spacious and clean. Location is the best for travel by train. Good for shopping,spa and sightseeing. For instance,Rheintal,Ruedesheim and Wiesbaden and so on. Additionally it is near to Frankfurt airport. Breakfast is so good. Checkout time at noon is very convenient for us.

I suppose staffs are useful but little smile. Corridor from lift is like a maze. Stock room for our baggage is outside of reception and I could not have any document for it. I was a little bit worried about my baggage when left the hotel. Wi-Fi was often line off and not so fast.
