Very welcome personel, well heated rooms Absence of WiFi in each floor ( usually in Germany they are asking for 10 eur for each connection; 1 WiFi cost today cca. 50 eur, installation a few EUR´s - then only if they would ask for 1 eur it is payed back in a few days ! - fantastic investment and incredible payback )

Sehr gut geführt, alles sauber und ordentlich, wirklich sehr guter Service Auf der einen Seite wahnsinnig praktisch gelegen, direkt an der Autobahn, dies ist jedoch auch das größte Manko, man kann sich praktisch nur innerhalb des Hotels (dort sehr gute Schallisolierung) aufhalten. Draußen sehr laut und Autobahn-Feeling. Sehr gute Anbindung nach Leipzig

Schnelle Reaktion und Lösung des Zimmerproblems (Schloss war defekt), sehr gute Küche (abends) Frühstücksbuffett könnte besser organisiert sein (es wird verbrauchte Ware nicht sofort aufgefüllt - Obstsalat war sehr abgestanden). Es liegt direkt an der Autobahn - Schlafen bei offenem/gekippten Fenster unmöglich - bei geschlossenem Fenster ist jedoch sehr gute Dämmung !!!

Dobre położenie w pobliżu autostrady. Bardzo czytelna I bezpieczna droga ewakuacyjna. Szybka winda. Bezpłatny parking pod hotelem. Klimat jak sprzed 20 lat, jeśli ktoś lubi takie podróże w czasie. Hotel "zamrożony" stylistycznie I jakością obsługi w latach '90 xx wieku. Nie przygotowany w żaden sposób na wizyty rodzin z małymi dziećmi. Prośba o mleko/ciepłą wodę do przygotowania posiłku dla małych dzieci była wyraźnym kłopotem dla kelnera w restaucji, na szczęście tylko przy kolacji. Bezpłatny, bezprzewodowy internet wyłącznie w lobby.Brak mydła w dozowniku. Drzwi w pokoju bez samozamykacza. Próba komunikacji po angielsku okazała się być problemem dla personelu zarówno w recepcji jak I w restauracji.

De kamer was schoon en zag er prima uit. Vooral na de tenleurstelling die ik in die week daarvoor had bij een ander hotel die ik geboekt had via booking.com.

ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten - gutes Restaurant mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern - schnell und gut arbeitende Rezeption - sehr gutes Frühstück Die Anfahrt zum Hotel könnte besser ausgeschildert sein, vor allem in der Dunkelheit

sehr aufmerksame, höfliche und kompetente Bedienstete. Auch alles aus der Küche hat bestens gemundet. Vorallem das Frühstückbuffet ist empfehlenswert. Keine überdachten Parkplätze
