The hotel staff were very helpful with a few problems we had and as we turned up late allowed us to order Pizzas to eat in the hotel. the location was not the best and the rooms were fairly basic, as we were only staying one night it was adequate for our needs. |

Comfortable, newly renovated hotel with friendly staff . Well worth the money. Good breakfast. Takes 15-20 minutes to the city center by tram (not possible to walk). The surrounding area is less attractive, no nice restaurants etc. |

Staff were very helpful and friendly. There were no problematic or confusing arrangements. All necessary facilities were provided. Staff left me in peace and quiet without disturbance. Never waited to be attended to. Staff were compotent enough in English that I had no real problem to communicate. I was a little bit too long for the bed (head to toes was touching the wood). |

The staff are friendly. The hotel is clean, 10 minutes walk from Aral petrol station , 10mins walk from LIDL and a bakery. No hot shower during the night. They do not speak good english. I had a confusion with the hotel about an additional they wanted to make me pay 7nights for 6 nights 30 minutes discussion on the wrong check out day. Far from the city center. I would not recommend it for WGT. |

I liked the spacious rooms, the friendly 24/24 reception and the proximity to public transport. 7€ for 24hours of internet is a bit excessive. |

Helpful, pleasant staff, very nice room at reasonable price, good breakfast, secure parking, the largest bathroom and tub in two weeks of traveling. The neighborhood was a little run down but the hotel updated. |

welcoming, good service, helpful with directions around the city. unfortunately we cannot speak any german but the reception staff were very good at english and were more than happy to answer any questions we had. |

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber,auch das Bad. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sogar sonntags ab 6.30Uhr offen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich Die Duschkabine hat geklemmt |

Das Hotell wird mit 4* angegeben, hat aber unseres Erachtens nur 3* verdient. Frühstücksraum hat zu enge Bestuhlung. Teichboden im Flur "sehr" unansehlich (zum Zimmer 303) |

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück für 7,00 Euro ist reichhaltig und lecker. Das Restaurant bzw. Küche war sehr zu empfehlen. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt in Leipzig. Die Bahn fährt direkt vor Ort und man ist schnell im Zentrum. |

Die Angestellten waren freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und das Essen auch ok. Zur Straße ist es sehr laut mit Auto- und Straßenbahnverkehr. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr klein. Preis-/Leistung empfand ich gerade noch ok, wir wollten ja nur eine Nacht überbrücken. Aber 4 Sterne stelle ich mir schon besser vor.. |
