-Hotel is under renovation and will be nice when finished. -The staff is friendly -Our rooms (2 single rooms) were under construction and still the hotel tried to get full price of them. The price was reduced only after we asked for it. -There is a Wi-Fi connection available (2 eur/day) but it is very slow (Skype with video did not work).

O café da manhã é muito bom. Sendo bem honesta, o hotel é muuuito caro em relação ao que oferece - que é quase nada. Novos banheiros estavam sendo construídos no último andar e o barulho de obra (que inclui marteladas, furadeiras, gente falando alto e afins) era insuportável. Pedi para trocar de quarto (no mínimo!) e disseram-me que isso não seria possível pois não havia mais quartos disponíveis! Não consegui nem um desconto por isso, achei tenebroso. A conexão wi-fi (que por sinal é muito bem paga) é péssima. Fica a dica.

La disponibilità del personale (alla mia signora si era rotto un tacco della scarpa il personale gentilissimo ha subito provveduto alla ricerca di un calzolaio questo è una cosa bella sopratutto quando sei all'estero, la cassaforte non funzionava subito provveduto al cambio della stanza)

24-H Besetzung der Rezeption Die Tatsache, dass erst nach der Buchung der Hinweis auftaucht, dass das Frühstück nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten ist, in der allgemeinen Präsentation vor der Buchung aber darauf abgehoben wird, dass ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet geboten wird. An diese Stelle gehört die Anmerkung, dass dieses Nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten ist.

Das Personal ist sehr nett, das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und das Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Das Kongresszentum Eurogress ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, ins Stadtzentrum kommt man in 10 Minuten. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Das Frühstück ist etwas teuer (11 Euro), ebenso finde ich es schade dass WLAN und Internet kostenpflichtig sind.

Man ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt. Wir waren 3 Freundinnen auf Städtetour und hatten eine Suite gebucht. Die Suite war eine 2-Zimmer- Wohnung im Nebenhaus. Das Frühstücksbuffet war recht ordentlich, allerdings wurde um 9.30 kein Rührei mehr aufgefüllt. Die Dame vom Service schien sehr überfordert zu sein. Die Suite war eine Wohnung im Nachbarhaus und somit hatte man den Lärm der anderen Mietwohnungen. Zudem ließ sich die Heizung nicht anstellen und es war extrem kalt. Die Dame an der Rezeption wußte auch nicht, wie man die Heizung anstellt. So haben wir gefroren.

Das Frühstück war ausserordentlich gut. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Die Lage des Hotels an zwei sehr lauten Hauptverbindungsstrassen wird durch gute Schallisolierte Fester kompensiert

La atención ha sido muy buena, el personal simpático, y todos ellos bilingües y muy atentos y ayudantes. El buffet estaba muy bueno y comes por lo que has pagado. La conexión WiFi se perdía de vez en cuando.

Die Lage zur Altstadt. Das Hotel liegt an 2 stark befahrenen Straßen. Die Verglasung der Fenster hält den Straßenlärm gut ab. Bei warmen Temperaturen fehlt eine Klimaanlage, da man die Fenster wegen des Geräuschpegels nicht öffnen kann.

L'appartamento familiare, molto spazioso, si trova in un edificio condominiale adiacente all'hotel. La prima colazione, a pagamento ma con prezzo differenziato per I bambini, è adeguatamente ricca e di ottima qualità. Per l'auto, sempre a pagamento, ho avuto a disposizione un ampio box privato in un edificio poco distante. Molto cortese e disponibile il personale, il giorno della partenza ho potuto visitare ancora la città fino al primo pomeriggio, lasciando I bagagli in camera e l'auto nel box. Adeguato il rapporto qualità/prezzo

Hotel is op loopafstand gelegen tussen het centrum en de Carolus thermen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en een uitstekend ontbijtbuffet.Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Room is very clean, and breakfast is excellent. Only 5 minute walk to city center. Room is quite small; not really big enough if you also want to work there. Garage available for parking: quite a necessity, as there is not enough space on the streets.

“We visited Aachen for the Christmas market and the hotel's location was excellent for this and also for other shopping areas. Although on a main thoroughfare we had a room overlooking one of the side-streets and it was quiet, the double-glazing very effective.
