Charming old hotel in heart of Berlin, recently renovated with 27 rooms over 5 floors above ground, restaurant in basement and small function room on ground floor. Efficient 4 person otis elevator and grand staircase. Excellent service. Staff friendly with good English. Restaurant rather basic and less tastefully decorated than rest of hotel with wall-to-wall mirrors and even mirrored ceiling! |

Friendly and cooperative staff and the peremises in general were clean. The rooms were isolated well, there was absolutely no sound perceiveable during the night. Very small rooms, and the remote control of the tv (which itself was very old and not up to today's standards) and the shower were broken. Also, the heating in the room of one of our colleagues did not work either. |

Pleasant & quiet location, nice rooms, helpful staff, close to u-bahn. A bit basic with facilities - no restaurant, bar, wi-fi etc - things you'd expect as a matter of course with a 4* rating |

Gute Lage, direkt an zwei U-Bahn- und einer S-Bahnhaltestelle. Zimmer freundlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ruhig. Schöner Frühstücksraum. Netter Nachtportier. Das Frühstück ist zwar gut, aber zu teuer, sollte im Zimmerpreis enthalten sein! Dusche sehr eng. |

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter Die Baustelle auf der Rückseite des Hotels beendet die Nachtruhe der Gäste um 7 Uhr morgens. Nicht so schön, wird aber hoffentlich irgendwann von selbst behoben sein. Ansonsten sehr ruhig. |

Die Zimmerdekoration ansprechend, aber ungepflegt. Entgegen der Hotelangaben verfügt das Hotel über keinen zugänglichen Internetanschluss. Außerdem gab es an der Zimmerdecke, in den Vorhängen und in der Stoffdekoration über dem Bett viele lebendige und tote Mücken, Spinnen und Spinnennetze. Der Teppichboden war angeschmutztDas Bad war nicht richtig sauber, sehr klein, die Dusche besonders eng. Da stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis einfach nicht |

rustig, mooie kamer, fijn ontbijt, drank en andere versnapperingen in mini bar waren niet te duur. badkamer was groot genoeg om een groter douche in te hebben, bedden werden niet recht getrokken, 'savonds na het beneden slaan van dekbed de zelfde kreukels in bed. Man transpireert veel, ondanks dat beddegoed nat was niet verschoond. Geen zitje op kamer of ergens anders in hotel.Er werd een krant buiten ons deur gelegd maar wij kwamen bij vertrek erachter dat wij deze moesten betalen. |
