Great location, easy parking, and the staff was very friendly. We went to Cologne for the Christmas Markets, and the location was close to the markets. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay! |

Pretty central for the Christmas markets and the city in general.Nice pool and sauna very close to our room which was convenient. Also room very warm which was great as freezing outside! The breakfast was very expensive , but as we had booked an apartment in the hotel we had a small kitchenette so just went to the supermarket at a fraction of the cost! |

The rooms have quality fittings and furnishings - very comfortable beds, thick towels etc. Safe & secure carpark under the hotel. no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, also breakfast expensive at 18.50 euros. |

Location is very good; within walking distance of the Altstadt and the Christmas markets and a good connection with the airport (20 minutes total, 1 change). The reception staff were friendly and helped us with directions to the only cinema which shows films in English! The bed and duvets were very comfortable. The shower cubicle was right in the room, within touching distance of the bed, so not very private. Luckily we were a couple who don't mind, not people who don't know each other very well! The breakfast buffet is too expensive for what you get. Also, there was no service at the bar even though it was open. No dinner/room service. |

Location, room, hotel staff They have sauna and swimming pool. However, there is no space to relax or even to sit after the sauna, nor the possibility to have anything to drink, which is very unpleasant. I was particulary upset about it bacause I chose this hotel instead of others because of these facilities. |

Modern style of rooms and of a good size On the edge of town so a short walk needed to reach the centre. OK when fine weather but a little daunting in the rain! |

The room was clean and the hotel is only 12 minutes walk from the main train station The room was toooo small. The breakfast was very good but also tooo expensive. The staff was barely smiling!!. |

1. In the hotel information, there was car park but not existing actaully. 2.I paid for internet using two hours. But I could not use. Not refunded. 3. I have requested 1 double bed. At the beginning hotel staff told ok but there were 2 times 1 person bed in the room. I will not stay this hotel again and I never recommend to somebody. |

Excellent location and the rooms have a clean, modern layout with good facilities. I think the hotel is a bit pricey because there is no breakfast and the brekfast is expensive. |

Lovely, you can get breakfast up to 11:00 am and the breakfast buffet is really great. If you ask for a room at the back side of the building it will be totally quiet even though you are in walking distance from the city. The charge for Internet access. |

The employees were super great and alert to answer all my questions 24/7, plus they were not afraid to say Ï do know or I don't understand and they were patient in allowing me to repeat myself without being judgemental towards me and focused 100% to understand my questions or needs! Yes, I wish there were more just like them, plus I believe it should be made and used as an example of what a true 3 to 5 Star Hotels should be like. |
