hotel was okay, the rooms were very small, the room did not look at all like the pictures, we had a room with a lot of steps which made us trip several times. It was close to the city, however nothing special. overpriced breakfast. |

New rooms & hotel looked recently renovated. No sign for the hotel that you can see when walking down the street for the first time, would help if hotel sign is placed. Hotel neighborhood also wasn't so great at night. |

Very nice and modern hotel in a good location. Daily garage fare=15euro. Too much considering that there are no many places to park outside and you are "obliged" to park in the garage. |

I liked the style very much! The hotel staff i found friendly and helpful.The time i took in the spa/sauna helped me to relax very well. And the bed was so comfortable... I will come again... |

Staff was friendly and helpful, and more willing to speak English than most Germans. We chose the hotel for its swimming pool but the pool was much too cold to swim in--very disappointing. Breakfast was very expensive. Most guests were businessmen: atmosphere was not child-friendly. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly and accomadating with our 3 small children. Room was very clean. Great access to city and sites. Private parking that they let us continue even after we checked out. The room was warm, air didn't seem to work. We cracked a window and it was fine. Pool water was very cold. |

Modern design, a bit different from the regular hotel room. Many hotels I have stayed at have free broadband, I had to pay at The Lyskirchen (although the provider did have plenty of options according to need, and they quickly corrected an error I made in selecting the wrong option). So this is only a very minor point. Oh...and I could not find the switch for the desk lamp - had to pull the plug from the socket (as did the previousl guest). |
