Very close to main station if you catch the right exit along track 1. Tiny room but clean and comfortable.

Distance from station is very short but you have to cross a sort of motorway (long wait at traffic light) and climb up some steps. Not a problem at all for me, just a warning.

Location is super, 5 minutes walk from HBF.

Smell of smoke in non smoking room.

Bathroom was recently refurbished, retiled etc and really nice. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for staying near the centre of Stuttgart. Not noisy and a filling buffet breakfast.

We actually booked two double rooms. Our friends received a double but we had two twin beds, despite checking in at 9am. The hotel was completely full so they couldn't offer us anything else and we ended up pushing the beds together. It was a little disappointing but they were apologetic and perhaps it was a simple mistake. Just make sure you confirm your room type before showing up!

Staff was nice. Rooms were clean.

Extremely small rooms, breakfast was average to poor. Because of construction and roads, it wasn't as convenient as I thought. It appears to be across the street from the train station, but it is not easy to walk there. And you had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get back to the hotel.

A room exceeding the size of the bed by 50 cm one side 1 meter the other side. Phone not working, Internet passcodes changing every day, furniture the cheapest from ikea, bed never seen a worse one, price 75 euro for a lousy room

The location is quite good. The staff are friendly.

Excellent location, minutes from the Hauptbahnhof,, so perfect for non-driving travelers. My room was compact, but had everything I needed, and was very comfortable. Breakfast provided lots of choices. Price was unbeatable!

Directions (from Google Maps) confusing, and took a lot longer to find than necessary.

Shortage of electric outlets in the room (I had to disconnect tv to get my charger in; the tv signal was very poor and all channels showed 'snowing'). Ventilation in the bathroom was not sufficient.

The location was handy to the train station.

Service was poor initially with a slightly rude receptionist, we booked a double room online and were given two single beds on opposite side of room. Brought this up with reception and were changed to a double reluctantly. New room turned out to be missing half the curtains, much more helpful reception guy in evening hung more of them. Breakfast was mediocre and morning staff very grumpy and unhelpful.

Hotel Mack was in close proximity to the centre of Stuttgart. It was clean and offered a substantial breakfast for the price of the hotel.

Rooms aren't very big. Not overly confident with English but definitely speak enough to get by.

Small room

The hotel is very close to the Stuttgart city center, just about 5 minutes walk from the Stuttgart main train station. It provides free breakfast and free internet with decent speed. All the front desk staffs are friendly and English speaking. This is a good spot if you are looking for a budget and central location.

Earlier check in time. Better pillow.

I booked a double and when I checked in I noticed that one bed is not ready. I asked them to make it, but when we came back nothing changed. I ended up taking all the stuff (pillows, etc) from the reception and make it by myself
