Hotellin hyvää sijaintia lähellä rautatieasemaa, sekä ostos- ja ravintolapalveluita. Moottoripyörän pysäköintimahdollisuutta hotellin edessä. Aamiaisen sisältymistä hintaan. Meille osoitettu huone ei vastannut varausta. Saapuessamme,vastaanotossa ollut henkilö kysyi heikolla englannilla. Sopiiko teille special bad? Koska muka joku kahva jossain oli rikki. Lähdimme yhdessä katsoamaan kellarikerrokseen. Se tarkoitti suihkua käytävällä. Samalla selvisi ettei huoneessa ole VC:kään. Vaan se on kerrosta ylempänä. Varauksessamme molempien piti olla huoneessa. Ylemmissä kerroksissa sellaisia tuntui olevan. Mutta ne olivat muiden käytössä. Sitten alkoi huutokauppa huoneen hinnasta. Vastaanottaja lupasi 29 €. Mutta joutui nostamaan sen 32 €:oon soitettuaan esimiehelleen. Suostuimme ainoastaan 25 €:oon. Jolla huoneen saimme Silti ei jäänyt hyvää kuvaa kuluneesta hotellista. |

Very central location I had problems with the booking. My card details were taken down incorrectly. After calling them, there was no confirmation of booking. No facility to pay with card at the hotel. We requested a smoking room and were not provided with one. |

near train station.breakfast good but dont leave it to late to breakfast finish time sometimes there was nothing left .good price maybe thats why they tried to fob me off with a small room i was given a twin when i booked a double.took four days to get me a double.that said double was spacious good room.twin was. really a single room with 2 beds |

nearby citycenter and main station.It was easy to reach most of touristic objectives. Good breakfast. The furniture was old. The towels were not proper. |

The most important thing for me was the location of Hotel Mack in short walking distance to the main station and the inner city. What I liked as well was the friendliness of the staff. |

Good location - very close to the main railway station. Early breakfast - handy when it's not only Stuttgart you're visiting and have buses/trains in the morning. |

The Hotel Mack was clean and had a good breakfast. The hotel was close to the train station and the main shopping district. Some reviewers have complained about the stairs going up to the hotel. The stairs can be avoided by crossing the street further up to get to the hotel. |

Near to train station and main shopping street and square. Comfy beds. Breakfast was quite good. We were given a smoking room when we wanted non-smoking, so had to leave the window open at all times because of the smell. The walls of the room and the toilet were not very clean. |

The hotel was good value and convenient for the Hauptbahnhof and other publlic transport and near the city centre and tourist information offuce. I had to keep the window closed at night because of the traffic noise. I paid by credit card and was asked to pay when I arrived. |
