Hotel Mack

I arrived at Hotel Mack and the receptionist told me that they were sorry about the room having been flooded and that they had to move me to another Hotel Astoria, at their cost for taxi. I was satisfied with the considerate service.

convenient traffic. room is not bad

1. the breakfast is really simple, bread and coffee, nothing else. glad i am staying there only for two days. 2. this is the custom in my coutry ----- hotel can offer the free service of looking after the guest's bags for at least several hours even after they check out. however i was turned down here and have to deposit my bags in the train station.

1.so limited space: we,total 3 persons, booked double room,add 1 bed. In fact I should say that this room is not suit for adding another bed. Nearly no space left. 2. when I asked about the weather, the receiption,who already have computer, said that she didn't know it and seemed unwilling to check it on internet. 3.because of the limited space, my camera was droped and broken in the room. This is a personal reason why I don't like this room. :-)

I had problems with the booking. My card details were taken down incorrectly. After calling them, there was no confirmation of booking. No facility to pay with card at the hotel. We requested a smoking room and were not provided with one.

near train station.breakfast good but dont leave it to late to breakfast finish time sometimes there was nothing left .good price maybe thats why they tried to fob me off with a small room

i was given a twin when i booked a double.took four days to get me a double.that said double was spacious good room.twin was. really a single room with 2 beds

nearby citycenter and main station.It was easy to reach most of touristic objectives. Good breakfast.

The furniture was old. The towels were not proper.

The most important thing for me was the location of Hotel Mack in short walking distance to the main station and the inner city. What I liked as well was the friendliness of the staff.

Good location - very close to the main railway station. Early breakfast - handy when it's not only Stuttgart you're visiting and have buses/trains in the morning.

Near to train station and main shopping street and square. Comfy beds. Breakfast was quite good.

We were given a smoking room when we wanted non-smoking, so had to leave the window open at all times because of the smell. The walls of the room and the toilet were not very clean.

The hotel was good value and convenient for the Hauptbahnhof and other publlic transport and near the city centre and tourist information offuce.

I had to keep the window closed at night because of the traffic noise. I paid by credit card and was asked to pay when I arrived.
