The staff were very pleasant and efficient, the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. It was also a good location for shopping and plenty of car parking space. There are many hotels today that offer a complimentary wireless internet commection. I thought the charge required by Park Inn Mainz for wireless internet service was far too expensive - consequently I didn't use it. |

I enjoyed very quiet location of the hotel. My room was very clean and well furnished. The TV was rather cheap, watching from armchair was very comfortable. The local bus to Mainz center was all right, but not very frequent, really. Once you have a car, you are just fine ;) The TV vertical viewing angles were bad. The price for a room and for breakfast was fine I guess, but could be still lower, in these trouble times ;) |

I enjoyed the location due to the surrounding conveniences. Conveniently located off of the autobahn. I was very dissatisfied when I received my bill and discovered I was charged more than the booking.com rate. When I made an inquiry, I was told that they didn't have to honor the quoted rate, so I paid more for my room than expected. |

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was helpful and the maidservice unobtrusive. Everything was very adequate. The breakfast at 17 Euros is way to expensive, especially for people like me who don't want to eat that much in the morning. A la carte would be better. So I went across the street to MacDonald's every morning for 4 Euros. |

Freundlicher Empfang! Im großen und Ganzen ruhig! Das Zimmer direkt am Aufzug störte den Schlaf! Keine Hygienebeutel im Zimmer,obwohl sichtbar,dass sie gebraucht wurden! |

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett Der Plattenbau, Hoteltüren. Der Umbau gerade im Badezimmer war sehr schlecht.(kein Hänge-WC, Toilettenbecken gelb) sehr schlechtes Frühstück. |

Réservation d'un forfait avec 2*30 minutes d'internet "offerts" : impossibilité de se connecter sans payer et au passage en caisse (vérifications faites après malheureusement) l'hotel m'a facturé 30 minutes d'internet... et pas de fleurs ni chocolat dans la chambre non plus...(comme indiqué lors de la commande). |

Das Hotel hat einen guten Standard, was sich auch in der Qualität der Betten ausdrückt; Selbstverständlichkeiten wie Sauberkeit und reichhaltiges Frühstück waren gegeben. Vielleicht müßten einige Mitarbeiterinnen zu etwas mehr Freundlichkeit motiviert werden. |

gute Erreichbarkeit per Auto, gute moderne Ausstattung, gutes Frühstück Außer McDonalds gibt es nichts (NICHTS) in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Thema Gastronomie. Ohne Auto ist man augeschmissen. Das Frühstück ist ein wenig überteuert. Man muß im voraus zahlen, wenn man keine Kreditkarte hat (noch nie erlebt). |

Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere 10 jährige Enkelin hat umsonst gefrühstückt, das war sehr großzügig. Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr ansprechend. |
