No free wifi, I noticed a lot of businessmen so I do believe this should be compulsory, also you are a global brand so again this should be compulsory. Your staff didn't really know the area to help us with inquiries, and breakfast prices were extortionate. There was also no hot water in the morning which we should have been warned about, we had to call reception several times before they told us what was happening resulting in us having a cold shower. Nothing was done to compensate this.

Although on business I picked this location as it was literally around the corner from my daughter. I was pleasently surprised with the very friendly, english speaking staff who allowed me to check-in for a one nigjht stay at 0900! The accomodations are roomy, very nicely apointed and very clean. The beds are comfortable with bedding of excellent quality. I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay and the quality of the hotel made me wish I had been able to stay a few more days.

Friendlier night time staff. Luckily my friends had told us about the hour time change that night because the staff there didn't.

The hotel is away from the main road so noise is not a problem The staff were excellent, most spoke English well which was a plus for me! The restaurant was pretty good and not overly expensive.

One of the staff was very helpful in providing information so we could enjoy the area.

The high cost of the internet and breakfast was a turnoff and we did not use them.

You don't have free wifi, is far for everything. If you don't have a car you can't do nothing! It was a nightmare for me

*I think in a hotel such as this one WIFI must be free. (17euro's ) *I was dissapointed that in a country where pass a lot of Belgian and Dutch people there is not one Dutch/Belgian sender on the television. Only German ones and 1 or 2 from America. *there was chaos to check out at 08.30AM @reception. *eggs and bacon @breakfast were not warm.

A four stars hotel and the room and bathroom was ok. We didn´t have breakfast, it was very expensive. As our plane was in the evening we requested a late check out (around 18h00) and had to pay more 50 Euros for that. There was a big supermarket near the hotel and a very small shopping centre. There is a bus stop near the hotel that takes 20 minutes to downtown. We decided to go downtown with our car and parked in a parking place within a walking distance from the historic area and the cost was cheaper than the bus. CNN, BBC channels.

The internet was very expensive. Breakfast very expensive. Far away from downtown and no restaurants nearby only, Mac Donald, Kentucky Fried chicken. When you make the reservation they say that you don´t need to reserve the parking, but it is a problem because when we arrive it was full and we were lucky to find a space otherwise you have to park a bit away from the hotel in the shopping centre area.

Sixteen euro's per person for the breakfast and seventeen euro's per day for the wi-fi internet is in my opinion too much for a "business hotel

Generally good but internet access daily for 17 EURO is not atractive from view of other service providers. Access speed is not worth for such amount either. Except that everything is pretty nice.

Clean, cosy with friendly staff. Smoking rooms available. Good value for the money. Hotel is located near to shopping mall (Guttenberg Centrum), some fast-food restaurants are also located within walking distance.

It's a bit difficult to reach hotel by public transport, especially on Sunday. It takes about 25 to 30 minutes to reach hotel from Mainz train station. Internet connection is quite expensive, however there's an Mac in the reception where you can check your email free of charge. While checking out I was asked to pay for the minibar, which I didn't use.

Zimmer waren 3 Bett und klein. Das Bad machte den Eindruck eines Autobahn Hotel.Plastic Waschbecken u.s.w.

Es war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet und dafür recht preisgünstig.

Die Dusch war eine Katastrophe. Mal kam es heiß, dann wieder kalt, mal viel, mal wenig. Das war nicht so schön.

Hotel dobrze położony, wręcz zakamuflowany w spokojnej okolicy niedaleko skupiska supermarketów. Trochę na uboczu miasta, ale mając samochód w zasadzie wszędzie jest blisko do centrum ok. 10Min, idealnie położony też komunikacyjnie.

Płatny parking 7E/doba teraz w zasadzie pusty. Opłata bez sensu. Płatny Internet, zabójcza cena 5E/0,5h, 70E/dzień to jakieś nieporozumienie, dziwne w cywilizowanym kraju. Ktoś nie ma pojęcia o marketingu sprzedaży usług. Kompletna porażka!!!

Fluglärm, teure Getränke, hohe Park kosten, Frühstück für 16€ zu teuer, leere Teller mit Essensresten standen von Abends bis zur Abreise auf dem Flur, im Flur roch es stark nach Zigarettenrauch.

Nette en schone kamers

Personeel mag zich wel professioneler gedragen. Hotel is niet direct zichtbaar vanaf de hoofdweg.

Mi habitación cuando llegaba por la noche, el baño olia a cañerias. Es lo único por lo demás muy bien. Habitación 402 (no la cojais). My room smelled bad night. They have a plumbing problem.
