Clean and comfortable room
The rooms are good for having a nice rest.
We arrived late and we found a double bed room when we have booked two single beds. The man from the reception react very unpolite and not offering solutions.
Good sized rooms. Great shower. Clean.
Ridiculously expensive internet. Far from city centre. Very poor public transport links. Poor lighting in the room. No ventilation in bathroom. One of the days power went out in all rooms for the entire morning.
Location near shopping center, autobahn and eateries
Overcrowded parking and small parking. Elite Gold status not recognized. Staff unfriendly. Over-priced due to Frankfurt fair.
Staff is very kindly.
location is far from center of city, but it is no matter for car travel.
The restaurant serves good food. Big variety for breakfast. Clean rooms.
Location is strange, one need a car. Quite expencive food.
Quiet Clean Friendly helpful staff
Had to pay for parking No free wifi
location and cleanliness
Modern hotel, very nicely equipped, pretty decent bathroom...basic toilettries
Ok, maybe you will ask how come I didn't figure out how far from the city center this hotel is? Well, I have no idea...this created lots of problems for us, as it was quite far away from the city center and cabs are expensive in Germany... Ahh...not to forget...not very helpful personnel either. We asked if we can cancel free of charge our last night there as we had no public transportation to leave, and after not finding any other hotels (all decent hotels were fully booked!!) the lady at the reception with a smil on her face said she already checked us out!....and that she took someone from the "waiting list" who was anxious to get our room....nice customer service...try to avoid...
clean 24h reception
expensive parking expensive breakfast expnsive internet expensive palce without booking.com
centralized, close to the highway and shopping center
so far from main station and center brake fast so expansive for my case four persons
The bed was comfortable.
The lack of security and privacy. I checked in early and my room was not yet ready. So the recpionist said they had an area where they can lock up my bag untill I checked into my room. When I arrived later that night I discovered that my bag was broken and that it was searched. My things were not the way I had packed them. When I complained they offered me a free dinner. How was that supposed to fix my bag? I then decided to check out and they charged me 80% of the cost of another night. Such a rip off! Loction is horrible. You have to pay for wifi. On top of that breakfast is not included!
The coffee machine and the coffee, chocolate and tee pads for the machine in the room was realy the best thing to have for case you did not have the breakfast included. Near the hotel are lot's of fast food options.
location, friendliness of the staff
Basic business hotel located near a highway. Clean place
Was fine for my needs
It's clean...calm...restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly
The wifi connecting system@ It's inconveniance to use these vouchers given instead of one password as in every hotel I have experiance in over 10 countries! Including Germany. In addition to the double room which is paid as a double but services like wifi is only for one person!! One bottel of water! Then what is the difference between singl and double? Because we used both and no difference other than extra money paid! !!
room , breakfest very good bed
unplaesant smell in bathroom and hallway
Location near highway, supermarket. Newly renovated (but don't let that fool you.)
Bad, hard as rock beds. Rude check in staff raising her voice because she didn't understand a simple request. Slow and loud elevator (single). If you like hard as a rock beds, you should ask for a room far away from the elevator. We stayed 2 doors away from the elevator and could still hear it clanking at night.
