We liked everything. The room was clean and comfortable. Our 20-month old daughter sleeped well in a cosy baby-cot. The breakfast was tasty, lots of different food. |

Breakfast was great. 5 min. walk to the train station. The WLAN does not work on the top floor, and I was not reimbursed, I was told that I could sit in the breakfast area. Also the hotel is on the sex shop strip - fairly uncomfortable street to walk down as a woman. |

Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero la ubicacion, desayuno, instalaciones y limpieza son adecuadas para una estancia de pocos dias. Pedi un adaptador para afeitadora electrica y no disponian. El ascensor se inicia en primer piso. |

Die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum, die guten Verkehrsverbindungen und die problemlose Abwicklung bei der An- und Abreise. Der Aufzug ist erst ab dem 1. Stock verfügbar. |

Das Hotel scheint renoviert zu sein. Die Einrichtungen wirkten relativ neu. Die Einrichtung hat mir gut gefallen. Schade, dass es keinen Lift bereits vom EG hat. Den Koffer die Treppen hoch zu tragen war wenig komfortabel. Die Lage des Hotels hat mich erschreckt. |

Понравилось расположение отеля-недалеко от аэропорта, ж/д вокзала и автовокзала, основных магазинов и памятников.Несмотря на то, что это центр города-в номере ночью не слышно шума улиц-спасибо стеклопакетам.В номере тепло, хотя летом, наверное, будет жарко-кондиционера нет.Хотелось бы постирать занавески на окнах-пыльные. Поставить кондиционеры на случай летней жары, поставить кулер на ресепшене-иногда вечером хотелось попить чайку.Почаще стирать занавески-пыльные. |

Frühstück war lecker und sorgfältig zubereitet. Bezahlung unproblematisch freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer ohne Aufpreis schon 11.30 bezugsfertig, nette Beratung zu Stadtrundfahrten, Hamburg-Card... schnelles ein- und auschecken Wir hatten kein Problem, aber für Menschen mit Schwierigkeiten beim Treppensteigen ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen, der Fahrstuhl war wieder defekt . Bis zum ersten Stock und in den Fünften heißt es Treppensteigen. Die Dusche war sehr klein 6.5 |

A localização no Centro de Hamburgo Sim, o facto escandaloso de não quererem dar facturas válidas aos seus clientes. Inicialmente deram-me apenas um papel com a conta e depois de insistir fizeram uma factura no Word, que não está em conformidade com as regras Europeias. Em resultado disso, a empresa não me pagou a despesa do hotel, numa viagem que foi apenas de trabalho. |

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren nett. Das Frühstück war o. k. Dass die Rezeption nachmittags nicht besetzt war und wir kurz vor der Tür warten mussten, war noch akzeptabel. Die Einrichtung des 4-Bett-Zimmers war schlecht und das Zimmer war viel zu klein für 4 Personen. Die Toiletten auf der Etage waren in einem schlechten Zustand. |

insgesamt gut, jedoch war die Lage (nähe Hauptbahnhof) etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber hinter dem Hotel hat sich das Stadtbild wieder gewandelt (nähe St. Georg) und man konnte dort mit gutem Gefühl unherschlendern... vom Personal insgesamt war nicht viel zu sehen. Außerordentlich nett war der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter abends. |

Die zentrale Lage, guter Frühstücksservice, aufmerksames Personal,Weiterempfehlung nur bedingt, wegen des Umfeldes der vielen Sexshops quietschende und die ramponierten Schrank- und Einganstüren, daß für den Zimmersafe 2,--€ pro Tag zu bezahlen sind. |
