breakfast was good

everything else was really bad(room/bed/toliet was so small and A nightmare!!) very dirty room with bad bedsheets and pillows and insects moving around. room smelling of smoke in non-smoking room

the room was dark and old, the TV was bad, the place is a little bit far from the train station, ... I don't know why it cost me 49 euros a day.

Could not fault the staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good

Parking on site was very tight. The room was a little out dated

Accessibility to/fro the Mainz train station. Good place for interim stay particularly if commuting between Frankfurt & Frankfurt-Hahn airport as the airport shuttle to Frankfurt-Hahn would be nearby.

Friendly efficient staff. Good value for the money. Central location, walking distance to old part of town. Railway station about 10 minutes away. Wi-fi not available in the room yet but good reception in lobby. Good selection for breakfast. Would stay there again.

We arrived in an early morning flight and were able to leave our bags while we explored the city until check in time at 2:00 pm when we checked in and took a nap before continuing our exploration. It's situated in a residential area and has a wonderful Vietnamese restaurant within walking distance. The family/staff was friendly and helpful, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast varied and substantial.

No complaints. It met all our needs.

It was a good hotel to stay, near to Mainz central station, easy to connect other places of interest.

It was very well equipped. Although the hosts couldn't speak much English they made a plan and helped us with our every need. It was great. Good value for money and highly recommended. Close to tram/bus station.

Twenty minute walk to city centre and shops. Furnishing and carpet in our room were worn, although clean.

I was very pleased staying in Hotel Moguntia for a few nights. This is a privately owned hotel and the hotel owners really care. The rooms are clean, the beds are firm, the breakfast is luxurious and plentiful. The owners went out of their way to help out. I had to leave early to catch an early flight; the owner prepared a luxurious breakfast at 6 A.M. The location is fine: about 10 minutes walk or 1 stop by tram/bus from the main railway station. Btw a taxi ride fro the hotel to Frankfurt International airport (fra) costs about eur 50 (July 2012) and the trip takes between 30 minutes (no congestion) to 1 hour (when the freeway is congested).

The place was quiet.

Far from city center (almost 30 min.s by foot!) Bathroom was uncomfortable. Room was not so clean. Check-in and check-out times were so early and so late respectively. Receptionist was sulky.

The price for the room was good, especially if you compare it with other hotels in the city (at least if you tavel alone). The location is all right, not far from the railaway station (15 minutes) and the city center (25 minutes). The breakfast is plenty and of good quality, you can eat as much as you want though you get every day the same things. I had a small room that was actually not so small but the bathroom was really tiny.

Although I had the imression that they have wifi in the room, it was not true: you had to pay through T-Mobile Hotspot, 4,5 Euro for an hour. That´s really expensive. The longer pass costs 19 Euro. There was only one computer at the reception you could use.

Hotel ist zentral und sehr ruhig gelegen. Kurze Wege zur Stadt, Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Reichhaltiges und vielseitiges Frühstück. Schöne freundliche und geräumige Zimmer, sehr sauber! Gerne immer wieder! Dankeschön!

Anderes Zimmer als beschrieben erhalten. Kein Raucherzimmer. Sehr kleines und moderiges Zimmer mit sehr altmodischer ausstattung. Viel zu überteuert. Ab 22 Uhr kein fahrstuhl mehr, Telefon war kaputt, eckelig alter und billier duschvorhang im bad, dass das ganze Bad unter Wassers gesetzt hat. Ich würde nie wieder dorthin gehen.

Hotel je výborně připravený přijmout své hosty. Personál je ochotný a připraven pomoci. Nám se poškodilo okno u automobilu. Majitel hotelu zařídil vše co se opravy vozu týkalo. Zajistil firmu, sám auto odvezl a přivezl ze servisu. Nadstandardní služba, kterou ocení zejména cizinec v městě, které moc nezná. V hotelu je nadstarndartní péče o hosty.
