Friendly staff, quiet Incredibly dry rooms, dimly lit rooms, 2200 curfew if you forgot to bring your eyes, location was over 20 minutes to the center of town |

despite very very old and low budget, the bathroom was in good condition and clean, the bedding fresh and clean and comfortable enough. Cheap and good enough for a one night stop over. |

spaciousness of the room; cleanliness; price--great value for the money. . . Hotel was difficult to find as it was tucked away on a side street. |

Simple, clean, friendly, very good breakfast, good hot drinks and use of public computer free while Reception was manned (ie up to 10 pm), I believe WLAN available in rooms, nice small restaurant (the "Backblech") about 100 yards or so down the road. Area seemed ordinary and reasonably quiet, only five minutes' walk to bus/tram stop, with frequent quick services to the city centre. Excellent value if one is content with simple accommodation without frills. I enjoyed my stay, many thanks to Herr Jung and his team. Stairway and lift a little noisy at times, but not a problem. |

My room was in the ceiling on the fifth floor, the lift went to the 4th floor only. To get to my room, I had to climb two more fligths of stairs. The window was a hatch in the ceiling of the room. Day and night there were drunks sitting around near the hotel. |

Simple but good breakfast. Spacious room. Room facing street was noisy and because weather was hot we needed the balcony door ajar for ventilation. Frig in room did not work, seemed to be there just to hold the small TV; would have found a functional frig more useful. |

Good value for money, location in residential area (quite), very close to the city centre and the train station (5 minutes). Breakfast is simple but good, rooms are big and comfortable. Not entirely easy to get to by car, many one-way streets in that area. Detailed map reckommended. But of course this is just an additional info not a criticism of the hotel. |

The room was large and very clean. Grocery store was very near the hotel and their was an excellent german restaurant about 200 meters away. We were given a room on the street side and it was a bit loud. |

Manager was very polite and helpful. The included breakfast was quite comprehensive and tasty. Free wifi in the room would be better than having to sit in the reception area. |

Breakfast was very good in all aspects as well as the breakfast room, which was very nice. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The TV set size was too small, and old, for such a big room. |
