Very friendly and professional staff. Good hotel, especially location. parking is small and it is difficult to get there. In case if you have a car a little bit bigger then a mobile phone, you will not be able to enter there. On the other hand there is an option to park in the yard. Ask for this option at reception. |

The staff was so nice and so professionnal, very, very, very much service- oriented. Thr breakfast was excellent and the dining room was cosy! Nice terasse on the street. Very beautiful large bedroom. Very quiet with sound- proof windows. Very well located: nearby the subway, on a very chic street with nice boutiques and good restaurants. A large pool. Excellent good quality/price ratio. Was a very, very, very pleasant hotel where to say. Should I have the opportunity to go back to Berlin, I would stay at the Mondial. Quels beaux souvenirs! Everything was excellent. |

I like the breakfast. It was really good. The room was very comfortable. The hotel was in a good area, close to shops and restaurants and also in the center of Berlin with easy acess to sightseeings. I like everything but there is no airco in the room, that makes a little uncomfortable if its hot during the night. |

Everything was perfect. Rich breakfast, tasty meals and great cocktails. The highly professional staff responded with efficiency and friendliness to our requests. We enjoyed our second stay at this classy hotel very much. |

It is a quiet,sparkling clean,noble-looking,spacious roomly hotel. One should point at the most attentive and helpful man at the reception the evening on August the 10 th who assisted us on our arrival. Highly suitable for people who appreciate quality at a reasonable price. |

During our stay at Hotel Mondial in Berlin, we most enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was directly in the shopping district and within walking distance from the bus tours. We also enjoyed the pool and spa area. The actual hotel room was not immpressive for the price. The carpet was torn and it was impossible to take a shower without getting water everywhere. |

Warm and comfortable ambiance. The fact that our room was ready for us when we turned up at 11.30am.The very comfortable beds. Quiet, even though near main thoroughfare. Would have liked to known beforehand what was the nearest underground station and the quickest way to the hotel by public transport from the airport. |

A superb location on the Kudamm with an attractive pavement cafe. Excellent staff who were helpfull and friendly. Five minutes walk from the S bahn Savigny Platz station. I would have preferred the hotel bar to be open on a Sunday but this is a minor complaint. |

On arrival at the hotel the Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful with information about the hotel facilities and what to see and do iwhilst in Berlin. Our command of the German language wasn't great but the hotel staff handled everything for us with courtesy. no |

The hotel served our visit purpose i.e pleasure and shppping.Situated in the city centre, and close to the bus station (No. 109) for the airport as well as uderground stations, fullfils the needs of visitors like us. The lack of air conditioning system is a negative remark for the hotel. |
