In the morning we will spoil you with a nutritious "Full American Breakfast" with salmon, scrambled eggs, muesli, or something from our carefully-selected Bio-corner.

You can choose from an à la Carte menu and an additional programme of seasonal dishes.

The hotel offers a selection of standard rooms and business class rooms.

this hotel is located in the Frankfurt City. So it is very nice to choose it for further touring. free drinks, delicious breakfast, nice services... strongly recommended.

Friendly and helpful stuff. Excellent location. Excellent breakfast buffet. The previous reviewer is right about the eggs, but there are plenty of other items to choose from including ham, bratwurst, different types of salami and cheese, jam, cereal, fruit, veggies..... Free internet connection and mini bar. We appreciated an early check-in as we arrived at Frankfurt early in the morning.

No air-conditioning. The day we stayed in the hotel wasn't too hot, so the lack of air-conditioning wasn't such a big problem for us.... The hotel didn't respond to my email prior to our travel.

The room was big and nice including the bathroom

- the lobby and the breakfast room were quite old and not so welcoming (the breakfast wasn't that good either ) -these two elements didn't reflect a four star hotel

The free newspapers, the huge breakfaast selection the updated bath with numerous aminitees. The fact they upgraded us to a huge room. The book in the drawer, The selection of brochures with things to do, and the map of the airport was very helpful. The complimentary mini bar was very welcome.

Proximity to train station and breakfast

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star. At most 2 stars and then I am
being generous. Its old, dated and in need of urgent maintenance.
Information about breakfast incorrect - breakfast started at 6am and not
5am as advertised on the web page. Very disappointing as this was the
main reason I chose the hotel because I had to be at airport at 6am.

Everything. I chose it for its proximity to the railway station (Hauptbahnbhof) and reasonable rates, but was pleasantly surprised by everything else: cleanliness, amenities, etc.

Not applicable. Although it is not air-conditioned, it was not necessary. I was very comfortable. But if it were August and 38 degrees C, then I am not sure.

The location was great. The hotel itself could use a face lift, although everything was quite clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, although the scrambled eggs were unpalatable. The staff was very helpful. Our first room smelled smoky, so they transferred us immediately to another -- better! -- room.
