The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient for travel and shopping. The free mini bar in the room was very much appreciated during my stay and so were the afternoon refreshments and free telephone service. Thank you! |

The hotel was very close to the main railway station. Access to the city was excellent. The breakfast, free mini bar , tea, coffee and water in the hotel lobby were a great inclusion. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable. The bathroom had been refurbished. It was the summer period and the rooms are not air conditioned. Depending on which room you get it could be noisy due to the proximity of the main railway station. |

The central train station is just across the street, so even if you don't have a car, transportation around the city is never a problem. The hotel crew was very friendly and polite, the service was really worth more than what I paid. |

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, free internet access and minibar. No airconditioning during a very hot period. The window only opens about 10cms so the room becomes extremely hot and stuffy. |

The room was spacious and free breakfast as well as free beverages were served. The facility was old. The door knob was broken but no maintenance was done on it. |

very convenient location, supplied everything that was promised. Nice staff. room itself a little bit dingey and old fashioned, bathroom quite large and comfortable though. |

It had an excellent location. We arrived on the RyanAir bus that stops just one block away and left the next day for the airport via the train making this an excellent choice. We visited Frankfurt city center that was within walking distance. The beds and pillows were among the best on our one month vacation. The hallways were shaby. |

The free minibar, free newspapers, ambiance, spacious bathroom, and the fact that the king bed was in fact a king mattress and not two twins pushed together (which is often the case in Germany). Room was quiet and clean. Price was right. The parking garage was small and extremely difficult to maneuver in, yet there are no signs listing clearances or to be cautious: our car (not a large one) nearly scraped the ceiling at one point! Also note that parking in the garage is 20 euro/day. I saw a parking lot down the block; I'd probably park there next time. The breakfast, although varied, fell a bit short of my expectations. |

Good location to Railway station , short walk to Shopping and River so overall convenience was great I booked and paid for 2nd room for another family member to arrive later. Was lead to beleive that I had ben given the nicest room but when I checked out 2nd room it had tea/coffee making facilities, bath robes slippers etc. I queried this and was told it was executive room upgrade. |

Friendly staff. Near station easy access to airport. Easy walk to the city centre. Free mini bar, cake and tea in foyer, internet free, plenty to eat for breakfast. Ideal place to stay. |

staff very helpful...good value for cost.....great buffet breakfast everymorning ..over the road from the railway station..where u can purchase great food...rooms tiny but but very good...but always ask for back rooms as front a little noisy |
