Frankfurt Airport is a mere 12 minutes away. The main railway station and public transport facilities are so close that you can reach them on foot.

The room they finally alloted to me was Large and comfortable

It did not look like 4*, No porter facility, Breakfast was poor, Room was old, Bathroom WC cracked,NO Certainly not FOUR STAR

The location and free minibar,internet and breakfast was excellent. The service was great.

The only suggestion was that the room didn't have an air conditioner or fan and the days we were there it was very warm.

location and nice hotel except for humidity in room

no air conditionoing or fans and extremely stuffy and hot -sweated all night. a ceiling fan or standing fan would have made a big difference

Free internet was very good and also free minibar was very good.th elocation is good but guests must be carefull with beggars.

The hotel rooms had bad odour. May be becuase of the carpets. So it gave me the sense of the rooms are not clean enough.

The staff at the front desk was very accommodating, and I also appreciated the stocked refrigerator in the room.

Hotel staff is realy excellant. Hotel is vrey good situated, service is very good.

As I said before it is not possible to be in the room and to sleep because there is no air condition, nor in the restoran. So hotel is not for recommendation for summer time.

courteous staff

Makr the pay tv more user friendly. Any other hotel I have been in the pay tv shuts down in 3 minutes if you do nogive it the ok. I felt as though this was a trap & I payed for pay tv I only watched for 5 minutes. Iwas waiting for it to shut down
