Parkering finns vid entrén pakom port, men fråga vid ankomsten! Fri minibar. Centralt. Lite slitet, tråkigt, ingen AirC, frukost ok. |

Mycket trevlig personal. Att minibaren var fri. Fruktansvärt slitet. Mycket besviken på att det klassificeras som 4-stjärnigt. Skulle aldrig ha bokat det om jag vetat att det egentligen är ett 2, möjligen 3-stjärnig. Otroligt dåligt att det ej fanns AC. Jag brydde mig inte ens om att dubbelkolla det då jag FÖRUTSATTE att ett 4-stjärnigt har AC. |

Närhet till centrum och allmänna kommunikationsmedel. Vi reste med Ryanair, och deras buss stannade 100m från hotellet. Missade att fylla på Minibaren en dag (av tre). |

Trevligt med fritt fika och frukt framdukat i lobbyn under dagtid, samt minibar på rummet med lite drycker som också var fritt. |

Probably once a smart hotel, but has gone to seed. Our room had threadbare, stained carpets and a sofa with a sagging, tired cover. Although breakfast was free we avoided it after our first experience. It was a miserable affair, made all the more painful by the extraordinarily high price (although it was the week of the book fair). Will not return. |

Free Internet, and free coffee, etc. in the lobby I was told that telephone was free and I asked if that included mobiles and they said yes, only in Germany. When I left, I got a bill for 12 euros and they said that they never said that, so I said they should either make themselves clear or not offer the service |

Excellent location, ample room size and the room was ready when we arrived as we had advised our arrival time, helpful and friendly staff, great buffet breakfast with flexible breakfast time of 6-11 am, proximity to main railway station, free mini bar and internet access although the business center was sometimes very busy and the monitor was inaccessible. A room safe and coffee/tea making facilities in the room would have been great as sometimes we didn't want to go out just to have a cup of coffee. They probably didn't offer the latter as they offered coffee, tea, and drinks and cake near the reception all day. |

Reception staff very helpful and friendly, very close to the Frankfurt Hauptbanhof station (just in front). Room and bathroom very clean. Hotel is quite outdated in general. Needs some painture refreshment on floor hall and on room furniture as well. |
