Hotel Montree  

This hotel should not be given any stars at all.... first, only italian staff was pleasent the rest are really dont have customer skills as a first welcome. the enterence looks to fool people to go inside and stuck with really dirty, small and so uncomfortable for married people, small beds close to each other. the cleaning staff will wake people up to clean the room and they will come inside the room while you are sleeping just to finish work and leave early. the bathroom was broken and you stuck with the room until they will find you a room. basiclly, it is the worest hotel i have stayed in for the last 25years. i will never go back there nor i recommend anyone to go.

The hotel is located approximately in 5 minutes of walking from metro station Stiglmeierplatz and in 20 minutes on foot from city center, area Marienpaltz.Персонал very polite and affable: have given a detailed map of the city and the underground

Number is strongly enough worn out, but was thus pure also cleaning occurred every day. The bed-clothes changed also daily. For the single man roomnumber quite approaches, but to a young pair number probably would be not so comfortable.

Very simple hotel few tram stops apart of central railway station directly on the big street.

Staff were very helpful

Me and my family liked that the formalities were straight-forward, easy and fast.

The staff didn't seem that nice, and the building had an air of old and weird.

Very noisy even though staff said it's not. The road in front of the hotel is quite busy during weekdays. No air condition. Smoky room even though the staff it's a non-smoking room. Most of the furniture are quite old. The closet was already damaged when I checked in. One of the staff is quite annoying.

Location - walking distance to the centre and easy to get to. Bedding and room very clean.

Hard bed, shabby carpet and old furniture,.

Relaxed attitude of staff, who were also very helpful without being overbearing.

Could do with an update of the furnishings.

Das Zimmer war extrem klein, Möbel und Teppiche total verschlissen und abgewohnt. Um das Bett herum war an der Wand ein schmutzig-fettiger dunkelgrauer Rand. In der Dusche war ein lapprigerVorhang anstelle einer Kabine. Es gab keine Abstellmöglichkeiten. Der Spiegel hatte im Zimmer hatte einen durchgehenden Sprung, der Wandbereich an der Balkontüre war verschimmelt. Nur das Bett war ordentlich. Anstelle der bestellten drei Nächte blieben wir nur eine Nacht, die restlichen Übernachtungen haben wir gekündigt. Die Kosten für die eine Übernachtung haben wir von 74.- auf 52.- gekürzt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hat unsere Beschwerden und Kündigung mit Verständnis entgegengenommen.

Das Hotel wird ab Mai komplett durchrenoviert, wurde uns mitgeteilt, und das ist gut so und dringend notwendig. Minibar war leer; Zimmer hat extrem nach Rauch gerochen, Bettzeug war durch und durch nikotingetränkt, schlafen daher kaum möglich.
