This hotel should not be given any stars at all.... first, only italian staff was pleasent the rest are really dont have customer skills as a first welcome. the enterence looks to fool people to go inside and stuck with really dirty, small and so uncomfortable for married people, small beds close to each other. the cleaning staff will wake people up to clean the room and they will come inside the room while you are sleeping just to finish work and leave early. the bathroom was broken and you stuck with the room until they will find you a room. basiclly, it is the worest hotel i have stayed in for the last 25years. i will never go back there nor i recommend anyone to go.

I didn't like having to pay for my accommodation on the day of arrival, instead of paying when I booked. Also my booking comfirmation said nothing about having to pay when I got there leaving me with little to no money for my weekend away.

This hotel does not even deserve 1 star! It's cheap (compared to others) but bad! Better pay some more for higher quality!

Bed smell. Everything was smelly: room, bed, blanket, pillow. Next day my clothes had the same awful smell!!!!!!!!! Water. The water in shower was warm but only for the first 5 minutes after it was very cold. So I had cold shower in December! Stuff. Asian cleaner opened my room in the morning. Why? What she wanted I didn’t understand. It is not very central location especially when you walked all day long before. It is the worst hotel I have stayed. I will never go back there nor I recommend anyone to stay.

It was near the conference venue and had good public transport links. No tea/coffee facility was available in the room. A particular receptionist was very rude and inquisitive.

Location and price. Very old furniture and everything - obviously last refurbishment was done 15-20 years ago. Noisy oriental cleaners without decency in a morning when you sleep.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. It's clean and nice. Nothing 'designer' and brand new, but cute and cosy. It's a great value.

It was close to city center. It was cheaper than other hotels. Free Wi-Fi was helpful. And also buffet was worth for €5. My bed was comfortable. Mini fridge was working well. This hotel is not 3 stars but 2.5 maybe. It lacks quality however acceptable if you do not mind details.

The fact that there was a refrigerator in my room but that it did not work, and when I asked about it I was told that something could be arranged in terms of compensation and that finally there was no such possibility as all the refrigerators in the rooms of the hotel do not work, according to the desk staff. So the cold food that I had bought had to be eaten immediately.

Me and my family liked that the formalities were straight-forward, easy and fast. The staff didn't seem that nice, and the building had an air of old and weird.

Contrary to other postings I found the hotel a pleasent place to stay. Alright the decor needs updating in the rooms, they are showing their age a bit but the rest of the hotel was good. The staff were excellent, exceedingly helpful all the time. The cleanliness was good and the breakfast was good value for money (5€). Room service was good. Access to the transport system is good. 5 mins walk to U-Bahn. One stop to city centre. Overall good value for money with plenty of shops and restaurants in short walking distance. Rooms were a little small but comfortable. Can be noisy at times due to traffic but not annoying. Otherwise no problems.

Very close to tram station, only 5 minutes to the Central Train Station by tram. Very friendly staff. The wirless internet connection was also a plus. Because it is located on a busy street, you can hear cars going by all night long even with the window closed.

We booked the Hotel Montree as an overnight stay, mainly so we had somewhere to sleep following the Take That concert at the Olyimpiastadion- availability was so scarce in Munich that this was pretty much the only hotel that had any rooms left in the area. I would say the hotel is more like a b+b family style hotel (think Blackpool!), really good for backpackers and such like with very (very!) basic small old fashioned rooms. However, the hotel was location wise pretty great, both to the stadium and for sight seeing the following day (right near the tube station into the city/airport), and most importantly, the staff were absolutely lovely.

The hotel is 15 min walk to the main train station with easy access to subway and other public transportation. Free wireless internet and several desktops with a printer in the lobby. There is a fee for using a desktop but if the receptionist likes you - she logs you in for free. Having 24-hr staff on site was helpful. Small (really small) rooms. Everything is quite worn out and smelly. There is no AC so we needed to keep the window open at night. But we could not open it in the evening because trash cans were right under the windows and the evening crew kept taking trash out and making loud noise until 11pm. You would stay in this hotel only if you want to stay in the prime location and save money.

Near u train station. Bed sheets are clean. Very noisy even though staff said it's not. The road in front of the hotel is quite busy during weekdays. No air condition. Smoky room even though the staff it's a non-smoking room. Most of the furniture are quite old. The closet was already damaged when I checked in. One of the staff is quite annoying.

The breakfast was good, and some of the stuff-members were very friendly and helpfull. When I first arrived, I had to wait for 10 minutes at the reception desk before somebody came to check me in. The shower in my room was so old the pieces weren't holding together anymore, so I wasn't able to open the water. When they checked it out, a guy told me to try to turn it a bit in different ways, to get the water to flew. Are we really supposed to fight our shower-tap at a hotel? The telephones in the numbers are also very old. You have to try hard before you reach another room. And the complete "bath set" is a piece of soap and a bottle of gel-shampoo, nothing else.I was expecting a hear-drier, it's good that I didn't get to need one because I wasn't able to shower at all (they did offer me the chance of using another room, but I was running late, so...)
