This was my first experience with HM and I highly appreciate amiability of the staff, especially with the pre-payment. Since I could not use my credit card we agreed with a staff member that the payment will be made on the arrival day before 4 pm. Everything was OK! |

The hotel is conveniently located a few tramway stops from the central train station. The staff was rather friendly and helpful. My room was on courtyard side and thus was very quiet. Comfort and cleanliness were adequate. All in all good value for money. Breakfast was OK but could have been a bit better (the choice of bread was rather poor). |

Good connection to downtown Munich. Breakfast buffet included in the price. Rooms were very small. Carpeting was worn out and needed to be replaced. |

Hotel was convenient, staff generally pleasant and helpful.. Tended to small problems very quickly. Breakfast wasnice, pleasant atmosphere and good selections for food. A little high in price but it was during Oktoberfest so all rates seemed inflated. Room was clean but spartan and small. Very little storage space, shelf space, closet space. Bathroom needs more light including in the shower. It was OK..my husband and I own a motel so are aware of how simple additioins can make great differences in guest comfort. |

The breakfast in the morning was nice. I did not like how small the room was and that they gave my double room to someone else because I checked in late, even though I called to let them know I would be arriving late. |

Not much, I felt it was misrepresented on the web site, basically this hotel is a dump. What a waste of monet Everything, the room had no ammenities, no in room coffee, no extra pillows, no shampoo, soap, hand towels, no english language tv, just a bed and one chair. |

The free wireless internet access The room is too small. The door of the room gives annouying sounds all the time. The corridore smells disgusting. We hear conversations of the nearby room. The decoration is out-dated. The breakfast room is overcrowded. |

internet access was great . the WC is located in avery narrow place, And the shower was very small and narrow ... after taking a shower, all the place is full of water. ..... the windows are not good isolated, thus was very loud ... the hotel lays on main street with 24 hrs traffic !!! |
