Food is amazing .. the garden is awesome .. staff is so friendly .. for me this is the best hotel I have stayed in .. I RECOMMED IT

The location is far away a little bit

The hotel is a true 5 star. Staff and restaurant live up to that level. Rooms (standard) not too big but very cosy. Breakfast is very nice with some special little items from the chef. We visited the Muenchen tu University Hospital " Rechts am Isar" which is located very conveniently in the same street.

Decent location on a quiet street with a couple of restaurants around it (including Kafers). The room & bathroom were of solid quality and comfortable. It has the convenience of being close to both the subway (5 min walk) and running areas (including the English Gardens). It is a relatively nice 30 min stroll from the city center, which may be on the lengthy end for tourists.

The price was a little high and 5 stars is generous (if not, then that makes the Grande Bretagne in Athens an 8 star??). Note also that the hotel seems to cater more to business travelers than tourists. So, this is definitely not a "romantic" option. No need to spend extra on rooms facing the courtyard; the street is quiet enough.

English TV is terrible and TV system is poor

Well furnished rooms, great hotel. Free mini-bar which is a nice surprise. Quiet neighborhood away from the craziness across the river, but only a 10 EUR 10-minute ride to Marienplatz. Spa/Gym was not open when we were there, but given that it was low season, its not too surprising. Very knowledgeable and approachable bartender downstairs and reasonable prices for a hotel bar. Mustafa, the porter that helped us with our bags, was such a fantastic individual too. He took pride in what he did and offered lots of advice about the hotel, around town, was just honest and good natured.

Pleasant hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly personnel. Perfect choice if you want a quiet place to rest but not far away from the main sights.

Extremely friendly, helpful staff.

This was the most inviting and enjoyable hotel. Staff were truly respo nsive to any request, all spoke fluent English and displayed genuine warmth and welcoming attitude. Accommodations were extra-ordinary and made for a memorable visit to this remarkable city.

Location - close to the beautiful English gardens - was a bit remote. As long as guests are willing to use taxis to center city ( a short ride) this is not a real draw-back inlight of the many positive aspects of a stay At The Palace.

Price would have been reasonable if it was a 5 star hotel. But it was NOT. It is at best a 4 star hotel.

Rude staff. Small room.

We arrived early (11am) and the hotel were able to get our room cleaning done urgently, so we were able to check-in by 12.00 even though the room technically wasn't due to be available till 3pm. Very friendly staff - check-in, bell man, room service. Excellent room service food quality. Best ever hotel cheese plate. Overall, an excellent experience.

Very comfortable, spacious, super clean, room - good wifi connects and very friendly and welcoming staff with aim to please. I would stay there again. Fairly convenient to the metro and bus lines and parks. Away from crowds of Marianplatz and hustle bustle of Germany's 3rd largest city. Wonderful patio area for dining, or just reading the paper. Overall one of the best hotels I've experienced over many years in Europe. This was a better than I anticipated.

Nothing to say negative comment about. Superb hotel.

Small hotel, nice bar

Single rooms are really tiny!

The front desk staff in particular were wonderful, they made us feel like we were the only guests there! Also, they knew to have the a/c running for their "American guests."

A little understaffed in the restaurant/bar at night

Excellent customer care. Lovely room and the added bonus of free bike hire. A good location affording peace and quiet as well as good access to the city center and proximity to some of Munich's loveliest parks, most notably, the Englisher Garten. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - altogether a wonderful few days. We will definitely be visiting again!

Internetzugangscode funktionierte nicht, Dusche/Wasser konnte kaum reguliert werden heiss/kalt

Schrank(in Delux-Zimmer) viel zu klein ,dadurch gezwungen 3/4 der mitgebrachten Sachen in Koffer zu lassen,nicht optimal!

距离市中心有点远，走路需半小时，停车需另收费，25欧一天，有点小贵!
