Tranquilly situated in the historic Schelfstadt district of Schwerin, close to the shore of the Pfaffenteich lake, this family-run, 2-star hotel is within easy walking distance of all main sights.

Hotel Nordlicht offers tastefully furnished rooms and apartments with en suite bathrooms, telephone and cable TV. Free wireless internet access is available in the lobby.

Wake up to a delicious breakfast buffet. Relax on the Nordlicht's terrace on summer evenings, and enjoy the direct view of the lake and Schwerin's Old Town.

The Nordlicht is the ideal base for discovering Schwein's historic attractions such as the castle, state theatre and museums. You can take a boat trip on nearby Lake Schwerin.

There is a public car park directly beside the Hotel Nordlicht. Bicycles can also be rented and stored on location.

Anonymous Solo traveller Germany June 21, 2009	Das Zimmer befand sich direkt unter dem Dach und entsprach meiner Meinung nach nicht den üblichen Standards. Die Tapete war teilweise gerissen, das Bett recht unbequem. Bisher dachte ich immer, booking.com hat nur Hotels im Programm, wo ich auch mit Amex bezahlen kann. Super wenn ich dann erfahre das die Zahlung mit Kreditkarte nicht funktioniert.	4
