God beliggenhed, parkering i nærheden, ikke megen støj trods central beliggenhed, nemt at finde spisesteder i nærheden. Meget venligt personale. Hotellet var enkelt og sobert. |

Hotellet var meget rent og hygiejnisk. Imødekommende personale tog venligt imod os da vi ankom. Anviste hotellets garage på vores anmodning. Vurderingen af komfort (kun "rimelig") går udelukkende på sengenes standard. Her var madrasserne alt for hårde!! Da vi kørte (forsigtigt) ned fra hotelgaragen faldt vores nummerplade af forneden af rampen!! |

Staff was very friendly. It was big mistake to take this hotel because of location. Around this hotel, everywhere are sex shops. Parking place is separated from the location of hotel and at night, you can not see the small wall on corner and very easily you can hit your car. |

This hotel was our only choice for a short visit to Hamburg. We liked the fact that we had a relatively clean room and bath not far from the train stationand fruit in our room upon arrival, the balcony We did not like the outrageous price we were charged, the fact that the reception people where not familiar with the city, the spoiled fruit that appeared on our arrival and was never replaced, the two put together twin beds instead of the double that had been advertised |

Friendly Staff,Good location of the Hotel.Nice Breakfast,Nice Layout of the hotelroom,24 hour Reception. Sexshops outside the Hotel maybe not Everybodys cup of Tea,and so called Workingirls offering they Services 24 hours,but its not a Hotels fault |

Reception staff very helpful and friendly, was upgraded to a sister hotel on their own initiative, quiet and clean room, very close to central railway station and other public transport connections. |

There are all things necessaire for simple living, rooms are clean, calm. Close to Hauptbahnhof. The environment with a line of sex shops as 1st impression has chocked. |

Location was perfect 200m from the central station. The breakfast was very good and the room was clean. If you need a nice big room at the centre of the city near the market it is one of the best choises. If you don't care about internet it is a grate choise. The first day at the hotel the woman at the reception was a little bit rude. We asked her about the city and some places of interest and she just answered us to go for a roundtrip with a tourist bus. At night a man was very very kind and gentle with us. I cannot understand why a hotel has no wifi and you have to pay for such a slow connection. |

The room is really small like prison cell, cheap furniture & bedding. It's like hostel with hotel price. My colleagues stay in other hotel with 15 Euro more but shower is included & with nice BF. The hotel neighbor hood is umcomfortable, with sex video store in one side, & sex store in the other. |
