Location was perfect 200m from the central station. The breakfast was very good and the room was clean. If you need a nice big room at the centre of the city near the market it is one of the best choises. If you don't care about internet it is a grate choise. The first day at the hotel the woman at the reception was a little bit rude. We asked her about the city and some places of interest and she just answered us to go for a roundtrip with a tourist bus. At night a man was very very kind and gentle with us. I cannot understand why a hotel has no wifi and you have to pay for such a slow connection. |

The room is really small like prison cell, cheap furniture & bedding. It's like hostel with hotel price. My colleagues stay in other hotel with 15 Euro more but shower is included & with nice BF. The hotel neighbor hood is umcomfortable, with sex video store in one side, & sex store in the other. |

Fast free wifi, Cheap, Good continental breakfast, Easy acess to public transport. Room slightly small, Tired looking furniture, Reeption on first floor, Inefficient elevator for luggage, Sexshops nextdoor. |

Comfortable hotel, ideal for central station In an area with a lot of prostitutes and in between two sex shops. Although it was never intimidating, it was uncomfortable when walking to the hotel |

Unexpectedly quiet rooms, comfortable beds and blankets, excellent front desk staff, very close to train and bus stations being near the train station, you're also exposed to not-always-attractive seedy sides of Hamburg |

The room was very large, comfortable, very clean. The location is close indeed to the central station, taxi parking, underground, tourist information office. The hotel is surrounded by sex theaters/shops, there are prostitutes on the streets any time of the day. We didn't feel endangered, but uncomfortable for sure. There is a short flight of stairs before reaching the elevator which makes hauling heavy luggage uneasy. |

A good nice hotel. Clean rooms and polite personel. Some of them though they dont speak english. The area is a bit of a problem... Sex shops and prostitutes all day in the road in front of the hotel. |

Centralt läge, fräscha rum, trevlig frukostmatsal med mycket god frukostbuffé. Tvättstället i det dubbelrum vi disponerade var minimalt och det betydde att när man tvättade sig kom vattnet på golvet. |
