Comfortable hotel, ideal for central station

In an area with a lot of prostitutes and in between two sex shops. Although it was never intimidating, it was uncomfortable when walking to the hotel

Unexpectedly quiet rooms, comfortable beds and blankets, excellent front desk staff, very close to train and bus stations

being near the train station, you're also exposed to not-always-attractive seedy sides of Hamburg

The room was very large, comfortable, very clean. The location is close indeed to the central station, taxi parking, underground, tourist information office.

The hotel is surrounded by sex theaters/shops, there are prostitutes on the streets any time of the day. We didn't feel endangered, but uncomfortable for sure. There is a short flight of stairs before reaching the elevator which makes hauling heavy luggage uneasy.

A good nice hotel. Clean rooms and polite personel. Some of them though they dont speak english.

The area is a bit of a problem... Sex shops and prostitutes all day in the road in front of the hotel.

Great location. Very friendly staff. We have stayed there many times and they are always good.

Staff was very nice and friendly, breakfast was wholesome.

The picture on the web hides the fact that the entrance is between two sexshops.(!!) That and the 5 am raucus made for loss of sleep. The wash basin in the bathroom is too small to wash one's face, the water gets splatered all over the floor
