Hotel Hamburg Novum  

The room and facilities were quite small but clean and sufficient for a short stay. The breakfast was very good with a wide choice of cold food and drinks (there was not much warm food though). It is right next to the central station so one can reach every place in Hamburg within minutes. Perfect for short city trips.

The hotel was right next to a sex shop which I didn't mind much but would be a bit inconvenient if you are travelling with young children.

We have never been in a hotel where one must unlok the door from the inside to get out of the room with a key, and the T.V.was so small that one could hardly see it from the bed. We will never stay at Novum Hotel again !and one more thing to pay 10 eruo for parking for one night too much !! So you will never see us again.!!!!

Hotel was clean and quiet, reception set up above ground floor as often found in other city hotels. Ample, good breakfast buffet, super low rate for Sunday night. I agree with comments that hotel is not a good choice for family visits, based on location. Safe enough location but seedy looking. Hotel itself, no complaints at all.

Everything was alright. Quite clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was enough although the variety was not very big. Location is very good (although it is next to lots of sex shops and prostitutes walk around, but there is no real problem with this).

You have to leave the key every time you go out, so you must go and get it every time to go in and since reception is on the first floor, it is not comfortable. The elevator only takes you to the fourth floor, although your room might be on the fifth.

Aufgrund der Lage wurde der Hotelzugang nur nach Klingeln und Videoüberprüfung von der Rezeption geöffnet.

Leider liegt das Hotel im Bahnhofsviertel direkt neben einem größeren Sexshop in nicht gerade der besten Gegend. Das Zimmer war für seine Grösse und Austattung leider total überteuert und entsprach den Bildern auf der Hotelseite in keinster Weise.

Die Fenster im Zimmer 510 schliessen schlecht!

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und das Zentrum ist in gut 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war ordentlich sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einen geschlossenen Parkplatz bekamen wir für 8 € am Tag.(für mich ist das preiswert in einer Grossstadt am Bahnhof). Unseres Zimmer war sehr ruhig und entsprach einem 3 * Hotel in aller Hinsicht. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht, und fanden neben dem Hotel eine sehr gute Bäckerei mit Gebäck und Brötchen aller Art, also sehr gut

Unser Badezimmer war sehr klein, es können keine 2 Personen gleichzeitig rein, Aber für dieses Preis/Leistungverhältnis ist es ok.

Die Couch im Dreibettzimmer war sehr unbequem zum schlafen!!!! Frühstück war super,

Está cerca de la Estación Central. Accesos al metro y a autobuses muy cercanos. Habitación siempre muy limpia.

Determinado personal de recepción que no era precisamente muy educado. La calle en la que está situado no lo hace ideal precisamente para familias.

Bestens gelegen für einen Städtetrip, nur einen Katzenwurf vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Nicht unbedingt die schönste Gegend, aber wer sich nicht an den Sexshops stört ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Zimmer klein, aber zweckmäßig.
