Non-smoking Hotel Hamburg Novum

Staff was very friendly.

It was big mistake to take this hotel because of location. Around this hotel, everywhere are sex shops. Parking place is separated from the location of hotel and at night, you can not see the small wall on corner and very easily you can hit your car.

This hotel was our only choice for a short visit to Hamburg. We liked the fact that we had a relatively clean room and bath not far from the train stationand fruit in our room upon arrival, the balcony

We did not like the outrageous price we were charged, the fact that the reception people where not familiar with the city, the spoiled fruit that appeared on our arrival and was never replaced, the two put together twin beds instead of the double that had been advertised

Sexshops outside the Hotel maybe not Everybodys cup of Tea,and so called Workingirls offering they Services 24 hours,but its not a Hotels fault

Reception staff very helpful and friendly, was upgraded to a sister hotel on their own initiative, quiet and clean room, very close to central railway station and other public transport connections.

Near to central rail station and good price. They serve cold breakfast. The hotel is surrounded by xxx shops, son not good with children under 19.

Location was perfect 200m from the central station. The breakfast was very good and the room was clean. If you need a nice big room at the centre of the city near the market it is one of the best choises. If you don't care about internet it is a grate choise.

The first day at the hotel the woman at the reception was a little bit rude. We asked her about the city and some places of interest and she just answered us to go for a roundtrip with a tourist bus. At night a man was very very kind and gentle with us. I cannot understand why a hotel has no wifi and you have to pay for such a slow connection.

The room was nice and the hotel is very close to the central station.

Easy Walking distance to main station and ten minutes more to city center. Good breakfast and efficient staff

Room slightly small, Tired looking furniture, Reeption on first floor, Inefficient elevator for luggage, Sexshops nextdoor.

Frühstück war super, personal nett, Zimmer sauber, Auschecken auch eine Stunde später möglich, wenn gefragt wird.

Lage nicht zu empfehlen für Paare oder Treffpunkt, es sei denn man ist auf der Durchreise oder will in der unmittelbaren Nähe des HBF sein.

La proximidad con la estación central de metro, la movilidad que ello te permite. Los desayunos estan muy bien, tipo buffet, no son excesivos, pero tienen lo justo.
