Newly neat hotel.
everything is nice
Handy location, cleanliness and friendly staff
Walls were a bit thin, but this was only a minor dislike
Value for money. Nothing provided except wifi
Someone made an all-night skype conversation in the neighbor room. I have heard all the words, laughing and the other side on the speaker. Can't sleep. Nothing helped, tried hitting the wall, knocking. I have told the personal, what happened, but next night began again. Then was a connection problem to the WLAN and my neighbor finally hang up.
Excellent ratio value/money. Good for those who are in transit in Heidelberg.
Average breakfast with common offers but even that it was great. We could hear our neighbours a little but the place was quiet in general. Whole hotel was very clean.
comfortable, good location,
the towels stays the same for 2 days the toilet bin stayed the same for 2 days
Far from old city center 2~3km..
this was probably the cleanest hotelroom I ever stayed in, so nice. Also very good shower
the breakfast could have been a little more accomodating to allergies.
Staff very friendly, east to find, comfortable and will be looking to head back again.
The friendly receptionist who received me on the cold Sunday evening that I arrived, set the tone of my stay. Sonia helped me order food and guided me to make a selection from the German menu card of a pizza place. The room was compact, but very comfortable, and looked exactly like it does in the pictures. The hotel is basic, but very well maintained and clean. The sound of the passing trains is hardly heard; I slept soundly every night. The staff are all friendly and it was true value for money. Communicating in English with them was easy. Guests can help themselves to tea and coffee at the reception area The wi-fi worked quite well. The tram station (No. 26) is located within walking distance, from where the tram takes you to Bismarckplatz, the centre of the Old Town, in just four stops. The hotel allowed me to store my bags after check-out, which was very helpful. I noticed that they have a car park, which should be helpful for those who drive into the city.
Although the Central Station is quite close by, it isn't an easy walk from there if you have luggage. The hotel is located in a industrial sort of area, which is not a reflection on the hotel itself, but guests should be prepared for this. I personally did not think that the breakfast was worth 7 euros (but then, I happen to be vegetarian and my options are limited everywhere that I travel). Since the single rooms are all on the fourth floor, it was a bit tedious to come down to get a cup of tea, especially in the morning, when one is used to a cuppa before starting the day.
Close to Heidelberg station Breakfast is worth 7€ Rooms are clean
Maybe too close to the railways. A bit noisy due to the trains passing just 200m from the window...
breakfasts are not worthy the money
It was a modern facility, clean, close to the train station and on the transit line. The breakfast was good, and the staff were pleasant.
Not really...there was nothing to look at outside the window, but really, that's searching for a fault here.
The room has all the basic. Comfortable bed, TV, clean towels. Good value of money.
A bit far from touristic site.
Easy tram ride away from the city center and a short walk from the Heidelberg train station. Despite being in the first floor facing the street, the noise was minimal. Also, they offer a secure room to hold your bags which we found helpful on the day we checked out.
Not much to offer in the immediate area in terms of restaurants etc.
clean rooms, available free parking on the street. 25 min. walking from city center
no kettle, no fridge in the room. near the railways, nothing to do in the neighbours
We arrived late but the receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and gave us information for traveling the city and using the trains.
Good connection with the old city.
Too expensive for the services that they offer. Extremely noisy if you sleep on the last floor and it rains outside. You can go from the central station to the hotel only by walking, 10-15 min.
Perfectly clean and equipped. Very modern. Good location, near the main train station and easy to reach from the centre by tram or even on foot. The price was the best I could find for this kind of stay.
I have no negative aspects to mention about this hotel or about my stay! :)
Nice, comfortable, clean room, helpful staff. I like it.
noisy when the Windows not closed
The room was big enough and well-equided. There are some restaurants nearby, which served a great variety of food, e.g. Thai Food, burgers, pizza, wraps, etc. Für ein Doppelzimmer war das Raum groß genug. Um die Ecke findet noch einige Restaurant mit verschiedenen kulinarische Angeboten, z.B. Thailändisch, Burger, Wrap, Pizza, usw.
Asked for a "quiet room and a car park" in my booking and got a room on the main road facing the railway station. Their advert said "Private parking is available upon request," , but when I got there they said no parks available...after they gave the last one away to 2 motorbike riders who walked in off the street to book a room. Useless.
