Pool was great. Heated enough to swim in. Very nice breakfast. Beds were soft which is unusual for Europe. A bit old, could use a renovation. |

I like the location. It was close to the ski resort and there were also good restaurants and shopping around that area. They need to improve there parking lot, to small to accommandate vehicles. There internet was terrible. They should upgrade. |

Location was the only good thing about this hotel I was staying there with my 12 week old baby. I turned the heaters on at 4pm that afternoon, and when I went to bed at 10pm it was still a little cold in the room. I woke up at 1am and not only was I freezing, but my child was very cold to the touch. I called the front desk and they told me they could not help me or move me rooms until the morning. It was an awful night and I left my 3 night stay after 1 night. |

The facility was very clean, a great location for access to zugspitz or a walk around Garmisch. Room was clean and had a balcony with a creek, and walking trail right behind the hotel. It was great! The indoor pool water was cold, the solarium(tanning bed) was not free as advertised. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and included in the price of the hotel. The rooms need to be upgraded as the carpet is old and the halls had a terrible smell. |

All but one person on the staff was attentive curteous and went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. That person work in the public bar area and we would have had no contact with him had we not went looking for a late night drink. My first impression of the Hotel was very positive. The dining and breakfast experience was first rate. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a small quiet and well run Hotel. The Front desk personnel were great. They could not have been more helpful! The Hotel was set back just a little too far off the road and was easy to miss. It was behind a food market but that came in handy when looking for items not easily brought along on our flight. All in all- it was a good solid Hotel. |

The location was excellent. Breakfastwasvery good. The staffwas very helpful. One of our dinners was unsatisfactory. Two orders of prawns came much too salty to eat. The waiter told the chef, who sent ice cream. We had already ordered three desserts! The chef should have recooked the dish or asked if we would like something else. We inquired at the front desk without satisfaction. Poor business practice! Frommers Guide will be alerted! |

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room on ground floor with doors leading out onto a patio area. Good choices on the Breakfast Buffet. About a 10 minute walk into the town. Rooms would benefit from an update. Especially the bathroom which was a bit dark. |

The hotel breakfast was excellent and the staff in the restaurant was the highlight of the hotel. They were pleasant and professional. The exercise equipment was unserviceable and in a location that was impossible to use. |

Closed to the city center, room with large balcony and nice view on the mountains, nice restaurant room, good staff Bed rooms are a few out of date especialy for the bath room, car park wasn't clear of snow. |
