Hotel Palace Berlin  

No és aceptable que en un hotel d'aquesta categoria no puguis ser atès, no ja en espanyol, ni tan sols en francés o italià. O parles alemany o anglès...o t'espaviles.

Reception staff very friendly and welcoming, swimming pool clean and relaxing, showers lovely and powerful.

No zwiebelmettwurst on offer for breakfast.

The Palace is a top class hotel in an excellent location, close to main transport hub at Zoo Garden station.

Hotel restaurant is apparently Michelin starred, but would be regarded as far too expensive by most travellers.

The hotel is truely a five star hotel in the business district of Berlin. Its proximity to the train station, shops and restaurants made our stay in Berlin very easy. The hotal staff are very polite and willing to help in every aspects. The buffet breakfast was rich and staff at the restaurant were very efficient in service. We got a surprise well-decorated "Just Married" cake, a bottle of water, red wine & a congratulatory card signed by Eric, the Rooms Divisions Manager waiting in our room!!! Wow the room was very neat and very good value for the money. We will surely return

I was given a double deluxe room - very comfortable ,nicely furnished, and quiet room of good size. welcoming cocktail bar with good wine list. A very comprehensive breakfast offering. Ideal location for shopping etc. and only 15 min from Friedrichstrasse. A good experience.

It was perfect even given a upgrade without cost.

Spent two nights and my verdict would be one of the best hotels in Europe! Just spotless except one minor thing. Staff at the front desk were superb. Check-in and out were very quick and pleasent. Hotel Concierge Service did its best to find out a local resturant for us on busy Friday evening. I think he made more than 5 calls to get a table for us. Spa facilities inclduing swimming pool were excellent. My daughter, 2.5 years old, was able to swim with armbands by herself for the 1st time!

Just one minor comment. My wife told me the restaurant on lobby wasn't that good. Kids menu was a bit disppointing. However this is a just minor point considering all the services we had at the hotel.

I like many things, almost everything and We keep coming there each time we are in Berlin.

Staying in this hotel was excellent; breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and the hotel staff was helpfull. Next time we will stay there again.

Before my first stay at the Palace Hotel, I had stayed at a couple of " 5-Star " hotels in Berlin. After my first stay at the Palace, I stayed no where else. My recent stay at the Palace must have been the 6th or 7th in the last few years. My compliments to the Management and the staff of the Palace. It is as good as anyone can possibly expect.

Room was large and very nice bathroom, staff were helpful and professional and the spa facilities were excellent, as was the fitness room which I had to myself both times I used it. I went there to relax and unwind after a hectic business trip and I certainly was able to do that at the palace. They got my bill wrong, but it was sorted out quickly. I would definitely stay there again.
