Πολύ ευρύχωρα και πολυτελή δωμάτια, ότι θα περίμενε κανείς για την τιμή του. Εξαιρετικό lobby και πολύ καλό πρωινό. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και πρόθυμο

Η τιμή του πάρκινγκ παραήταν υψηλή

We had a bed side light not working, I inform the staff and it was repaired by the time we arrived back to our room later that day.The staff were very good and remembered you and your name and what you liked to drink from the last time you visited the bar.

One of my whisky glasses had a chip around the rim, I did'nt complain but I'm sure they would have changed it. The whisky still went down well !

Nice location close to Q-damm, Zoo and Mitte. Friendly staff. Quiet rooms if facing court yard.

Standard room are somewhat small.

Pure luxury. Room perfect, spa fabulous,Staff most helpful. Would definately reccommend. Only trouble is you wont want to leave!

Hotel Palace is well located near Tiergarten and we awoke with the sounds of Flamingo's. The rooms are clean, quite large and pleasant. The breakfast is incredible. Several chefs cook your ommelettes, bake fresh bread and that is impressive. delicious. There is a decent en pleasant swimming pool. we enjoyed ourselvers tremendously.

we rented bycicles from the hotel at 30 euro's a day. The tires were soft and better bikes can be rented for 8-10 euro's a day around the corner of the hotel. Too expensive. We dined at First Floor restaurant and we were not impressed.

The hotel location is perfect and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is exellent.

The cleanness was not so good, especially in the bathroom.

Wow, what a hotel, beautiful room and spa area, think I got an upgrade from what I actually booked so room was very spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lovely big bathroom too, also spotless. Very convenient for shops and zoo and easy access to transport facilities. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Only 2 small niggles, air con in room not very effective, if it had been seriously hot I think I would have been uncomfortable. Also the prices, I got a good room rate and as I said think I was upgraded but to buy anythings else was very expensive, ie; bar, food, mini bar, massage, wellness treatments etc. I ate out.

Close to centre of Berlin with style.

The staff swiped our credit card on arrival so many times that the card was blocked and we could not pay on depature. We had another card to pay the final invoice luckily. We had to phone both the credit card company, when home, to unblock the card and the hotel to ensure that we had not paid twice. We booked via the internet, so the hotel had our card number anyway. They should understand that credit card companies are on the look-out for fraud and multiple swipes cause concern. We were not very happy with this problem!!

Perfect location!!

The taff seemed to me a bit spoiled. Can't say staff have been unpolite with me, but I am expecting more from 5star hotel

Beautiful hotel with a very polite staff in a great location.I Appreciated the upgrade in a junior suite and i'll never forget my special holiday in berlin.
