エントランス、フロント、コンシェルジェ、ベルボーイが近接しており、こぢんまりした印象を受けるが、かえ- って便利で良かった。ZOO水族館の前にあり、バス停そばで便利。繁華街の一角だが、騒音は気にならなかっ- た。スタッフはみな感じが良かった。朝食もメニュー、雰囲気とも良く、満足できた。 アップグレードしていただき、部屋が広くて快適だったが、眺望は隣の建物しか見えず最悪。立地が良いため期- 待していたが、残念。ベルリン中央駅ならSバーン、テーゲル空港なら最寄りSバーン駅からバス利用が良いだ- ろう。最寄りSバーン駅まではバスで一停留所分で、徒歩でも苦にならない。 |

駅からのアクセスが良く、バス停も近く、非常に便利でした。liftからお部屋までがちょっと遠かったので- すが、SPAには近かったので許容範囲でしょう。清潔で快適で、朝食も美味しくて非常に良かったです。 |

観光のための交通の便も良かったです。とても豪華で快適なホテルで楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。ベ- ルリンは３度目ですがこのホテルが一番良かったです。スタッフの方もよく教育されていると行った感じをうけ- ました。さすがは５つ星だと思いました。子どもはプールがとても気に入ったようです。食事もとてもおいしか- ったです。 |

Very nice and luxurous, but traditional hotel. Quiet and very comfartable rooms. Location is good because Zoologischer Garden S-Bahn and U-Bahn stops are just around the corner. Nothing to remark. |

Room was very nice and quiet, breakfast was excellent. It was unusually hot in Berlin and the air condition in the room was not as cool as we would have prefered, otherwise we were very happy with the hotel. |

friendly stuff. perfect place to be. clean and very equiped bathroom. rich but not top breakfast, very good spa facilities, luxurius hotel in a perfect location since it rests on the bus stop and near the zoogarden train station. I recommend it unconditionally The consierge stuff prooved to be very polite but not very interested. I was waitingfrom them to prov;ide me with more information and advertising of all the events. Because of leaving to early in the morning I asked for the possibility of a small breakfast but I was informed that I had to order it from room service for extra charge. Things must be settled with another way. |

The Hotel Palace was luxury plus, breakfast was fantastic, turn down service and absolutely spotlessly clean. The only problem was having to pay extra for the internet service which was quite expensive. |

The breakfast - so much choice but a bit busy the Sunday morning we were there, but it did go on til 2pm on Sundays! The swimming pool area was nice. Huge bed and "bog-standard" room was huge with large bathroom and a sofa. There was a horrible sewage kind of smell on the floor we were on - unpleasant in any hotel, let alone a 5* one. |
