エントランス、フロント、コンシェルジェ、ベルボーイが近接しており、こぢんまりした印象を受けるが、かえ- って便利で良かった。ZOO水族館の前にあり、バス停そばで便利。繁華街の一角だが、騒音は気にならなかっ- た。スタッフはみな感じが良かった。朝食もメニュー、雰囲気とも良く、満足できた。 アップグレードしていただき、部屋が広くて快適だったが、眺望は隣の建物しか見えず最悪。立地が良いため期- 待していたが、残念。ベルリン中央駅ならSバーン、テーゲル空港なら最寄りSバーン駅からバス利用が良いだ- ろう。最寄りSバーン駅まではバスで一停留所分で、徒歩でも苦にならない。 |

駅からのアクセスが良く、バス停も近く、非常に便利でした。liftからお部屋までがちょっと遠かったので- すが、SPAには近かったので許容範囲でしょう。清潔で快適で、朝食も美味しくて非常に良かったです。 |

観光のための交通の便も良かったです。とても豪華で快適なホテルで楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。ベ- ルリンは３度目ですがこのホテルが一番良かったです。スタッフの方もよく教育されていると行った感じをうけ- ました。さすがは５つ星だと思いました。子どもはプールがとても気に入ったようです。食事もとてもおいしか- ったです。 |

We had a bed side light not working, I inform the staff and it was repaired by the time we arrived back to our room later that day.The staff were very good and remembered you and your name and what you liked to drink from the last time you visited the bar. One of my whisky glasses had a chip around the rim, I did'nt complain but I'm sure they would have changed it. The whisky still went down well ! |

Nice location close to Q-damm, Zoo and Mitte. Friendly staff. Quiet rooms if facing court yard. Standard room are somewhat small. |

We loved the hotel. The standard of room was far superior to what we were expecting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa facilities were outstanding.The hotel is in the centre of shopping area and easy to walk to other sights. Staff recommended restaurants to us which were fabulous.I Would definitely stay here again. |

The staff, the rich breakfast, the location, the room including the bathroom, definately high value for money I stayed in this hotel at the end of May and early September and will definately stay there on my next visit to Berlin |

Hotel Palace is well located near Tiergarten and we awoke with the sounds of Flamingo's. The rooms are clean, quite large and pleasant. The breakfast is incredible. Several chefs cook your ommelettes, bake fresh bread and that is impressive. delicious. There is a decent en pleasant swimming pool. we enjoyed ourselvers tremendously. we rented bycicles from the hotel at 30 euro's a day. The tires were soft and better bikes can be rented for 8-10 euro's a day around the corner of the hotel. Too expensive. We dined at First Floor restaurant and we were not impressed. |

good location, confortable/clean room, good atmosfear "grant" by the staff, rich breakfast, nice swimingpool and spa. no internat option in the room. to use internat - you can do it only in the lobby with special payment...ah.. those days... |

Great value for money. Above average breakfast. Very professional staff. Excellent location. Well managed in all areas. Will recommend to friends,and would like to return. Could not open the windows,but this is probally a safety issue. 1st floor restraunt was closed for summer vacation, we would have liked to have used it. |

The best value for money hotel in Europe. Fantastic rooms (we think they must have put us in the wrong room - it was huge and well serviced), incredible breakfast and outstanding service. We are going back for a 2 week relaxing holiday. Great gym and pool facilities for an inner city hotel. |

Wow, what a hotel, beautiful room and spa area, think I got an upgrade from what I actually booked so room was very spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lovely big bathroom too, also spotless. Very convenient for shops and zoo and easy access to transport facilities. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Only 2 small niggles, air con in room not very effective, if it had been seriously hot I think I would have been uncomfortable. Also the prices, I got a good room rate and as I said think I was upgraded but to buy anythings else was very expensive, ie; bar, food, mini bar, massage, wellness treatments etc. I ate out. |

Close to centre of Berlin with style. The staff swiped our credit card on arrival so many times that the card was blocked and we could not pay on depature. We had another card to pay the final invoice luckily. We had to phone both the credit card company, when home, to unblock the card and the hotel to ensure that we had not paid twice. We booked via the internet, so the hotel had our card number anyway. They should understand that credit card companies are on the look-out for fraud and multiple swipes cause concern. We were not very happy with this problem!! |

We arrived early on the morning of check in & were given our room straight away - Lovely touch. The spa area is fabulous and well worth the 11 euro fee. |
