Das Personal war sehr fantastisch und hat einen jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Innen ist das Hotel ein Traum und in Sellin das Beste am Ort. Wir haben sogar als junges Paar ein besonders romatisches Zimmer auf Wunsch bei der Buchung bekommen. Für ein Wellness- oder einfach nur ein Strandwochenende ist es die feinste Möglichkeit die Nacht zu verbingen. Vielen lieben Dank an das gesamte Team!

Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich, die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr bemüht ein Wohlfühl-Gefühl zu vermitteln, die gesamte Spa-Abteilung sehr geschmachvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Das Frühstücksbüffet sehr lecker und a la Carte essen lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Bedienung top. Wir verbrachten 5 Tage im Superior-Zimmer im Oktober und das war eine sehr gute Wahl. Diese restaurierten Prachtvillen sind in diesen privaten Händen sehr gut aufgehoben

Sauberkeit des Zimmers war überhaupt nicht gegeben. Staub auf den Möbeln, im Badezimmer war der Bereich um das WC komplett mit Urinspritzern verschmutz. Bei Anreise war das WC verschmutz, wurde nach Info an Rezeption nachgereinigt, Zimmerservice sehr schlecht, benutzes Geschirr wurde nicht abgeräumt, Tagesdecke blieb auf dem Sofa ausgebreitet liegen.

Die Nähe zur Ostsee ist fantastisch und wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter. Für den relativ kurzen Aufenthalt haben wir das Wellnessangebot nicht genutzt und wussten auch nicht, dass ein Schwimmbad vorhanden ist. Das von uns genutzte Zimmer war sehr klein , der Tageslichteinfall sehr gering und das künstliche Licht nicht ausreichend.Das Zimmer zu betreten war etwas beschwerlich, denn man kommt auf das Bett zu und die "Bettauflagenkiste" steht genau im Eingang. Tür auf, eine Person betritt das Zimmer, Tür zu und der nächste kann kommen. In diesem Zimmer hatte ich Platzangst. Der Fernsehapparat sollte lieber gar nicht ins Zimmer gestellt werden! Gebucht habe ich das Zimmer als "komfort"!!! Wie sehen da die "normalen" Zimmer aus?

Von der Anreise bis zur Abreise passte einfach alle. Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren bzw. sind sehr nett und kompetent. Das persönliche Wort der Angestellten hat mir sehr gefallen. Das Hotel wird mir Herzblut geführt. Man merkt, dass jeder Einzelne seine Arbeit mit Leidenschaft ausführt und dass findet man sehr selten. Viele Grüße an Frau Roewer! Weitere Ausführungen folgen von der Vier-Jahreszeiten-Redaktion.... Ich hoffe, in Kürze.

Wspaniały stylowy wystrój willi, świetna lokalizacja przy głównej alei Sellin, luksusowe spa, bardzo miła obsługa. Chociaż personel zna płynnie angielski w hotelu, jak to czesto bywa w Niemczech, brak jakichkolwiek informacji w tym języku.

Bra läge I den lilla orten Sellin. Mycket komfortabla rum med utsikt över en trevlig trädgård. Rum och service motsvarar minst lika mycket en hotellfemma som den officiella fyra som hotellet nu rankas I. Utmärkt frukost, bra restauranger och alltid lika vänlig personal.

Das Zimmer war zum Park ausgerichtet, daher war es sehr ruhig, was einen hohen Erholungswert hinterließ. Der Pool sowie die verschiedenen Saunen waren immer sauber und konnten frei genutzt werden. Auch das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig. Die Matratzen waren viel zu weich, aber lt. Aussage der Rezeption werden diese in der nächsten Zeit ausgetauscht.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet; schöne Aussenplätze zum Speisen. Der Spa-Bereich hat enttäuscht; Mini-Schwimmbad, kostenpflichtiger Whirlpool, Kellerlage; für die Preisklasse des Hotels zu wenig.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und gab sich Mühe, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Hotel ist sauber, sehr schön gelegen und auf mehrere hübsch anzuschauende Villen verteilt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und lecker, die Preise der Minibar im Zimmer sehr human. Die Einrichtung der Suite war recht einfach und bot wenig Besonderes. Die kleine Einbauküche war mit einem einzigen Topf ausgestattet und hatte zwar Tassen, Teller und Besteck, aber sonst keinerlei Kochutensilien oder einen Kühlschrank. Es schien keinen Zimmerservice zu geben bzw. lagen keine Hotelinformationen über angebotene Dienstleistungen aus. Das Hotel ist allerdings laut Website erst seit Beginn 2011 unter neuem Betreiber und hat durchaus Potenzial, sich auch dank des Spa-Bereiches zu etwas Besonderem zu entwickeln.
