This family-run guest house located in the scenic Strycktal Valley is just 350 metres from Mühlenkopfschanze ski jump. It offers a sauna, rental bicycles and spacious accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Hotelpension Schröder features bright, spacious rooms. All rooms come with a flat-screen TV, complimentary toiletries in the private bathroom and some have a private balcony. Hearty buffet breakfasts are provided each morning in Schröder’s dining room. Restaurants and cafés serving traditional German meals are within a 10-minute drive of the guest house. Guests are welcome to relax in the rustic-style shared common room, which has a cosy fireplace and a reading corner. Willingen’s popular ski resort is only 1 km from the guest house. Free private parking is available at Hotelpension Schröder, as well as secure storage for skiis and bikes in the basement. Willingen Train Station is 1.5 km away. Een zeer groot verblijf voor ons 3-tjes. Mijn zoon heeft een eigen kamer en wij ook. De badkamer is heel groot en schoon. Overal genoeg opbergkasten. Zeer vriendelijk eigenaren. Het gordijn liet te veel licht door. Mijn zoon slaapt beter in een donkere ruimte.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und das Zentrum Willingen kann man fußläufig gut erreichen. Das Lagunenerlebnisbad ist eines der Ziele, die man zurzeit kostenlos aufsuchen kann. Dafür gibt es eine "MeineCardPlus", die man vom Vermieter bekommt, kostenlos (Aufpassen, nicht alle Hotels/Pensionen beteiligen sich daran). Viele weitere Angebote rund um Willingen sind ebenfalls dabei, inklusive kostenloser Nutzung ÖPNV.
