Very well equipped, spacious rooms and friendly helpful staff. No restaurant apart from Breakfast, however is close enough to the town centre to walk.

This hotel was excellent value for money and spotlessly clean. The location is quiet and peaceful but perhaps a little far from the centre of the town especially as there is no restaurant on site.

Our room was fantastic - very well equipped and furnished. The interior design was breathtaking. We even had a large sound system with classical music loaded in it. The breakfast was nothing short of excellent. The choice of foods was superb. We had a problem with the electric stove which was not working. Once I reported this to the manager (or owner), he immediately sent his mother who came within 15 minutes and prepared food for us using the stove in hotel's kitchen. You do not get that kind of service even from 5* hotels.

Though only a three star hotel the room size and the breakfast surpasses that of mmany four stars hotels. We stayed at the hotel on our way home from holiday in France. The nearby forest proved perfect for a stroll before getting back in the car.

Sehr großes und komfortables Zimmer; Hervorragende Ausstattung (CD-Player, großer Flatscreen, Sofa); große Terasse mit schönem Blick über die Stadt; Frühstück gut; Nettes Personal; Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten; Problemloses WIFI; Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Eine Minibar im Zimmer wäre schön, da in der näheren Umgebung keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restaurants/Bars zu finden sind.

Das war Zimmer war sehr ansprechend und geräumig... sehr gute Beleuchtung, aber nicht unbedingt umweltgerecht hinsichtlich der heutigen LED-Technik.... ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet...!!! Die Matratzen lagen nur lose zusammen und verrutschten sehr leicht... es entstand schnell eine große Ritze.... Um auf den gegenüberliegenden Parkplatz einzuparken, muss ein 8-10 cm hoher Bordstein als Abgrenzung überwunden werden.... bei neueren Autos mit Niederquerschnittsreifen ein sehr hohes Risiko für die Alufelge.... Bemerkung: mir wurde freundlicher Weise eine Parkbox in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung gestellt.... die Anzahl der Parkboxen ist sehr begrenzt...

We hadden een junior suite "Paradis". Een heerlijk ruime kamer (appartementje eigenlijk) met een uitstekend bed. Mooi uitzicht over Bad Hersfeld. Ontbijtbuffet buitengewoon verzorgd en zeer uitgebreid. Kleinschalig hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Eigenlijk niets. Wees je wel bewust dat je hier niet kunt eten. Er is een eenvoudig restaurant nabij.

Meget venligt personale. Flotte værelse - rigtig pænt overalt. Kom ned til morgenmad kl. 9.00. Flere ting var spist og der manglede opfyldning af flere ting. Flere ting blev fyldt op da vi gjorde parsonale opmærksom på den manglende mad.

Super Frühstücksbuffet, große Zimmer auch für Einzelperson. Geschmackvolle Deko. Kostenloser Garagenstellplatz. Sehr netter Service Die Fototapete mit "Regenwald- Feeling" fand ich nicht so passend, eher störend.

Sehr freundliches Personal absolut unkompliziertes einchecken es werden keine Fragen gestellt es wird grossen Wert auf diskretion gelegt man kann zu jeder Uhrzeit anreisen und ist flexibel ohne Aufpreis in der Abreise Zeit nur Personal ansprechen und dann wird vieles möglich gemacht etwas wenig auswahl an Snacks in der minibar
