Close to city, and ok price.

That people only work there in the morning, it was more like and apparment, not hotel.and you have to take 3 different big keys with you, every time you leave the room.

- Location: 4 stations to Potsdamer Platz. The neighborhood is quiet, there are restaurants, supermarket, patisserie, etc. - Noise of other rooms is not heard. Sound insulation is rather well. - As an old type home, ceiling is high.

- Toilet seat was dirty. - breakfast is a bit boring, ı.e. always the same restricted selections. - Bathroom is too small.

Good place and excellent staff,who can always help you! Good location (by foot 7 min to U-Bahn and Ku-damm, 13 min to S-Bahn Zoologischer Garten). Good breakfast. I had an opportunity to take in my room electric kettle, plate, cup. In the hall always was a plate with fruit.

No so good Internet connection in room, but in main hall is OK.

Fabulous hotel - beautiful old charming building with big rooms and high ceilings. Breakfast was great. Definitely one of the best value hotels we have stayed at.

Great location - only 4 bus stops (5 minutes ride) from the Zoo train station. There is a variety of near by restaurants and cafes, yet the neighborhood seems very quiet. The room was quite spacious with free Wi-Fi (just ask the lady manager for the password). She was very kind and cooperative.

Our room was without a toilet. Breakfast is very basic and even dull.

The building. As a Canadian, it was a very unique experience to be in such an old building and yet feel at home in a sort of B&B environment.

Everytime you use the water, a pump turns on and off for a few seconds at a time for as long as the water is being used. It can be a bit annoying while your partner is showering, etc.

Friendly staff, great breakfast!! Good clean rooms, immediate access to great public transport and there is a good laundromat across the street.

it had a very small bathroom ,but to be honest we only slept there and washed so it was quite adiquate

The location is excellent. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very helpful.

I have now stayed at this hotel on serveral occasions and each time 5***** awarded.

Location, breakfast.

We booked the cheapest room with separate toilet. We were going to only sleep there and decided to not pay much for the bed, especially that we already lived in a such type of room in George Hotel, Lviv and we didn't notice any inconvenience. But the internal location of the room and the toilet was terrible. You should cross the exit door in the hole and use the key to open the door for toilet, the automatic bright light in the hole adds another inconvenience especially at night. The things became even more worse when my girl friend poisoned, you could imagine. :) I also want to notice poorly concealed arrogant attitude of the hotel owner. I understand that we booked the cheapest room, but I had not noticed similar things in any other hotels. Very unpleasant. Although she helped us when we called for the doctor and she acted as translator from German.

Big rooms, good service, kind staff

Many stairs to the room, no arranged place for leaving luggage, after check out in case you have evening flight (we left ours in the reception). Internet only at the hotel dining room. Very strict cancellation policies.

Great value for money. Very atmospheric. We had a spacious, peaceful room with a lovely little balcony overlooking a leafy street. Good breakfast. Superb location - just a few minutes' walk from the Ku'damm, and near some lovely little side streets full of shops, restaurants and bars. Only 300 metres from bike rentals. The hotel has a space for keeping bikes overnight. We'd definitely book here again. Highly recommended.

Apart from departure and arrival times, the reception is completely unstaffed which could be disastrous if you return to the hotel without a key. Noisy plumbing.

Hotel położony jest w bardzo przyjemnej, zielonej dzielnicy zachodniego Berlina. Dobrze rozwiązany problem parkingu, ponieważ mimo braku parkingu hotelowego, parking w strefie okazał się niedrogi (5 euro za dobę). Na dole świetna kafejka, gdzie można smacznie zjeść, wszystko w cieniu starych drzew. Sam hotel - jakość adekwatna do ceny.

Nieprzyjemny zapach z łazienki.

Badkamer rook niet helemaal fris vanwege de toilet-vermaler. Geen ramp maar kan wellicht beter.

Alte Ausstattung zu dunkel schreckliches Bad

- удобно добираться из аэропорта тегель. - Удобно добираться до центра. - Очень красивый буржуазный район с магазинами и ресторанами. - Старый дом, парадная сохранившаяся в довоенном виде, удивительный лифт. - Отель в хорошем состояние. Чистый, уютный. Хорошие завтраки. Заботливый персонал. - Хорошее предложение по деньгам.

das sehr schöne alte Haus, Bj. 1901 mit der Atmosphäre "Gute alte Zeit", die individuell eingerichteten Zimmer, ruhig trotz sehr zentraler Lage, das nette vollkommen ausreichende Frühstück. Sehr gute BVG Anbindung, gute Lokale in unmittelbarer Umgebung, das nette Personal, das auch Sonderwünsche gerne erfüllte (z.B. schweres Postpaket und Wasserkocher aufs Zimmer). Man fühlte sich von Anfang an wohl. Ich komme wieder !!!

einziger Kritikpunkt: der Kaffee war nicht so gut (schmeckte wie schon Stunden zuvor gebrüht).

Kolmen makuuhuoneen huoneisto oli juuri sopiva viisihenkiselle perheelle.

Die gute Lage. Bus vor der Tür und mit dem Nahverkehr ist alles gut und schnell zu erreichen. Das Zimmer 3 ist groß und relativ ruhigund relativ sauber. Das Frühstück ist gut und für einen Städtetripp aussreichend. Frau "Bella", weiß den Namen der Empfangsdame nicht, ist hilfsbereit.

OK, wenn man eine Berliner Pension bucht(den Beinname Hotel finde ich nicht passend), dann handelt es sich wie auch hier um eine Etage(hier die 4.) in einem großen Mietshaus(hier im Jugendstil). Zugegeben hat das seinen Charm...für Purristen. Zumindest das Zimmer 3. In dieses Zimmer nachträglich integriert(für Berliner Pensionen typisch) ist ein WC und eine Nasszelle. Und diese Kombination geht gar nicht! Die Klozelle roch immer nach Urin oder anderen fakalen Ausdünstungen, die Hebeanlage war sehr laut. Die eigentliche Nasszelle hat als Bezeichnung nicht mehr verdient. Das Waschbecken ist für ein Gästeklo gerade ausreichend...mehr nicht. Die Ablagemöglichkeiten sind auch eher spärlich mal abgesehen von den allgemeinen Platzverhältnissen. Die Matratzen haben auch schon so einiges mitgemacht und Teppichboden...naja ist immer so eine Sache bei genauer Betrachtungsweise. Wie die anderen Zimmer sind, wissen wir nicht...diese Zimmer würden wir so ncht mehr buchen.

Чисто, Хороший завтрак, Легко доехать до центра и до аэропорта, спокойный , комфортабельный . красивый район.Рядом центральная улица с бутиками, кафе, ресторанчиками, кофейнями . Близко зоологический сад. Очень приятная девушка на рецепции. Говорит по русски. Все рассказала, показала, объяснила, вызвала такси. Есть подробная карта города.Жили в апартаментах, понравился и дизайн и чистота, есть холодильник, фен. Окна выходят в тихий дворик.Звукоизоляция хорошая.Внизу в доме магазинчик и маленькое кафе.

Было немного прохладно ночью, котел в первый день плоховато нагрел, но потом все стало нормально.

Ett fint typiskt "altbau" hotel. Stora rum. Okey frukost. Härlig utsikt över Berlin. Nära till allt.
