quiet and yet central location.

Carpets need to be renewed - are old and dirty. Staircase and entrance walls need to be painted - are very dark.

The room is enourmous!!! and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfeast is very good and the people from hotel is friendly. The hotel is located in a very nice area.

Great Location just off KuDamm. Close to bus stop and s Bahn Station. 10
to 15 minute walk to Zoo Garten Station. Room was big and bright, and
the bathroom was clean and neat. Staff helpful. Good breakfast with lots
of choices.
