Two things that were good about the hotel are the room was clean and the buffet breakfast had a good selection of items to eat... Had no one there in the morning to leave the key with when checking out. They should at least have a lock box to place your key in. |

We booked a quadroom (no 31) and it was spacious with huge windows. Beds quite comfortable (considering it's a budget hotel) The breakfast buffet was plentiful. No warm food, but bread, yoghurt, sausages, ham etc. The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood with restaurants nearby and Kudamm boulevard just around the corner. 5-10 min walk to S-bahn Savigny Platz. S-bahn runs frequently and takes you to most sights around the city in 15-20 minutes. Hair dryer and kettle in the room. Everything was great, but it would have been great to have more than one key to a quadroom. The first day there was no hot water in the shower. |

It is well-located, very close to Zoo garden. By bus 109 you can reach the airport in about 25 minutes. Rooms are small, but comfortable and very quiet. Bathroom is small |

The proximinity to the main part of the city was important for us. The assistance from the staff for our early morning departure was appreciated - taxi call and provisions for breakfast; Acessibility with luggage upstairs to reception. |

I liked that people were very helpful and very nice. Breakfasts were delicious. One thing I wanted to mention: the computer should be placed in a nice corner with a chair with it. Thanks for all. |

Best feature was breakfast - excellent food, wide choice from buffet, including plenty of fresh fruit, served in a very grand room - very good start to the day. Also, it was available until 10.30am, which was great. Our room had nice proportions with comfortable armchairs to sit and watch TV. Shower was very powerful, and the towels were lovely and fluffy. Ample hot water at all times. Washbasin in bathroom was rather small - difficult to brush your teeth without knocking your head on glass shelf above the basin. Athough there were two sets of towels when we moved in, cleaner took one set 2 days later but did not replace them, and we had to ask for a further set. Also, shampoo sachets were not replaced until requested. |
