Room was clean, bed comfy, and the one lady who I saw was very nice. its not a hotel its more like a BB, no facilities in room to make coffee etc and but go to the little cafes and kebab places around they make you feel very welcome.
Manager was very rude, didnt feel welcomed, was actually a bit agressive when i arrived as was struggling to find the way in. Hotel is not easy to find and if the lift doesnt work its 5 floors up, its not an ensuite room, you have to go across the hallway to bathroom, but it was clean and nice hot water .....
Owner was not friendly
Nothing specific i did not like.
Value for money and no disturbances.
English Language communication is not very easy with Staff.
Great breakfast selection. I liked the possibility for arrival even after the reception was closed.
My TV was small and old and stopped working after 10 min because it lost the channel. I had to carry my suitcase one staircase.
Location is alright, close to the subway station. Decent breakfast.
A bit hard to find, tucked away in the top most floor of an apartment building. No staff present during the evening. Paint in the bathroom was flaking off the ceiling, looked like water damage.
Lovely staff and comfortable bed.
Looked really dodgy at street level but once you are upstairs it's fine
the location and hospitality.The dirtiness
The Elevator is unclean, it smells very bad.
Room was clean and had all I needed for a quick sleep before my flight.
The access to the hotel is dirty and not very well indicated (5th floor only) The elevator is dirty and smelling horribly and the last half story is with stairs to access the actual hotel. Internet access did not work!
Locatin is ok. There is a U-bahn(U6) and some good turk. restaurants around there, just a few steps near by. The hotel offers salmon slices for Breakfast, that is nice for a 2-star hotel. But that's all, nothing more brilliant.... The rooms are poor (looks like 1980s), the facilities are even poorer. The toilet & bathroom is not in the same room. The employees we met did not speak in English and looked cold. We stayed just one night.... would not come back again.
This hotel is at the top of the building. The rooms are poor (looks like 1980s), the facilities are even poorer. The toilet & bathroom is not in the same room, that is NOT written on the description. NOT convenient at all. The employees came in the bathroom to use the washing machine in the morning although we were told that room only belonged to us.... The elder doorman does not speak in Englsih ...and NEVER smile during talking although he tried to help. Guess he is a good person inside, but I don't like such a cold attitude. A lot of things to improve for this hotel .... I would not come back again, generally TOO COLD.
good breakfast near underground clear
far from mitte
This was the worst hotel if you can even call it a hotel that I have ever seen. First of all it is not a hotel in my opinion. You walk into a run down building and the entrance is dark and warn down with a bunch of mailboxes on the first floor. Don't believe the pictures they show you. There is a button on the elevator for the fifth floor and that is their hotel. Literally one floor with 10 rooms on it. The rest is a building that they rent apartments. Then you have this rude German man that doesn't speak a word of English and you can't communicate with him and he does nothing but yell. Trust me stay away from this hotel. Worst experience ever.
Close to U-bahn and Bus Stop. Just 20 min away from Central Station. Breakfast was good.
Wi-fi Had problems reaching our room. There was a rotten banana in the minibar.
It was close to public transportation The breakfast area was clean and bright
Pretty run down looking. Had a frig in our room that had mold all around the freezer. We were later told not to use it because it didn't work, but it was still plugged in. Very few outlets.
Good location, excellent breakfast.
The hotel is located in the house with flats on the lower floors and the corridors of this house need the renovation.
Didn't feel safe at all
internet was good they had a nice donar cafe across the street that made great food
the beds and pillows are not good the germans need to spend the night on a good standard queen pillow top with good pillows then they would understand.. I swear the pillows they provide are as flat as a pancake after you lay your head on them parking is a challenge but what do you expect in a bed city
Breakfast selection was huge, dining room has a nice view.
Doesn't feel like a particularly safe area.
Clean rooms, very good breakfast, good location close to subway
Rooms might be too hot in summer
close to airport.
real shady entry if you arrive in the dark, rooms are aged, bathrooms are aged. this hotel has actually absolutely no style. at all.
Not your usual hotel (located on the highest floor of a 5 story residential building), but overall surprisingly pleasant. Good breakfast in a nice room overlooking the street. Close to Public Transportation.
"Free parking" means parking on the street is free (no hotel parking lot). Bathroom was tiny and a little run down.
nothing like there
the stuff doesn't speak English, it's very hard to find your room if you come later than 8 PM, I won't book there anymore
The room was large and bright, very comfortable. We loved the breakfast room (and the breakfast) Once we actually found the place we liked it.
Hard to find. The lift is located right at the back behind the stairs, found it by accident. Small sign on wall inside front door is in German. Once you arrive at 5th floor, all you see are two locked doors. Bell is not obvious.
location is good price is adequate
internet is very slow no info in intenrent about location - last floor of 6th floor Living house
