It was a quiet hotel with little street noise, and there was a fan in the room for when the room felt warm, as well as a mini bar/fridge. The bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful for finding routes to sites and getting back to the train station. Directions were a little confusing, so one should make sure to have an accurate map of the area. |

This Hotel is family run and gave a very personal and attentive service. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was excellent. The staff made every attempt to take into account your personal preferences at breakfast. The hotel is located really centrally in the main shopping street in Heidelberg's old town. The building has lots of character and is very well kept. A charming and relaxing hotel There can be some street noise. However, the charm of this hotel is in its old and characterful building that is in excellent condition. Part of this charm are the old style/original windows and while double glazing would solved the problem, it would compromise the character. I didnt really mind a little street noise. |

the staff was so nice , the location of the hotel they don't bother cleaning the room,or to be honest they were trying but it does not work with them , they don't change bed sheets , I stayed there for four days they did not change anything,they will just put it in order and thats it.Although I was aware of that there is no Lift and no aircondition. before booking,but if you add these to the above mentioned minuses,it makes the price unreasonable |

Excellent service and staff. Very friendly and professional. Noise was almost unbearable. We were on the side street off the Haupstrasse, and there apparently is a bar or something right below the rooms. There were people drinking and talking very loud until 5:00 every morning we stayed there. You must request a room on the back side of the hotel if you want peace. |

Die Lage ist absolut Spitze! Hotelmitarbeiter sind super nett gewesen. Das Zimmer war auch in Ordnung, recht geräumig und alles sauber. Das dazugehörige Restaurant war auch absolut lecker, sehr zu empfehlen, auch die Cocktails sind sehr fein. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist bei dem Preis etwas mager! Es gab nicht einmal Frühstückseier in irgendeiner Form, und auch die sonstige Auswahl an Brötchen, Obst usw. war recht wenig. Sekt gab es leider auch keinen, für 100 Euro im Doppelzimmer pro Nacht war das Frühstücksbuffet nicht soo gut! |

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt. Alle Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Heidelberg sind kurz und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotel hat im Schwesterhotel Schönberger Hof (ca 400m entfernt) eigene Parkplätze. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage in der Altstadt kann es Nachts zu vereinzelter Lärmbelätigung durch Passanten kommen. |

Die zentrale Lage, das freundliche Personal, die Geräumigkeit der Zimmer und der Dusche. Auch das Frühstück war völlig ok. Leider nachts etwas laut, aber da das Hotel in der Fußgängerzone liegt, kann man dieses Problem wohl nur mit neuen Fenstern beheben |

la situación del hotel. imposible dormir por el ruído en la calle, a cualquier hora, gente, camiones descargando...incluso con la ventana cerrada.la moqueta del suelo llena de polvo,los muebles también.sólo el baño parecía limpio. las camas estaban de lado, y parecía que ibas a caerte de un momento a otro. el desayuno bien, pero no suelen reponer, si vas un poco tarde no encuentras demasiado. bastante caro. |
