Hotel Perkeo  

That was my 3rd. time visitng Heidelberg and 2nd. staying at Perkeo. I'm wordless in describing the athmosphere, services and location. Highly recommended. Hope to be back in the next spring.

A great location (for city center). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean....as one expects with German Hotel. Great value for the money

The hotel is a bit dated, but in the end, this becomes part of the charm. If guest gets a 'front' room (facing Hauptstrasse), then these can be noisy.

The location in the heart of Heidelberg AlStadt was great. Hotel staff was very, very helpful to give us ideas on things to do in Heidelberg, and generally make us feel welcome.

Excellent staff, great room, wonderful breakfast and a location that can't be beat. Price is fair compared to all the other choices. There is a public parking garage nearby, which is fairly convienent. A great place to stay and I would be happy to stay there again or recommend it to others.

Parking and internet is not included, but that is not a show stopper.

The staff was very helpful. We got there very tired and they were very nice and offered breakfast even though it was past 10am. The room was clean and just like we ordered it, one double bed and one single. Location was perfect, in the middle of downtown. Breakfast was truly continental, fresh coffee, different types of breads, pastries, fruits, butter, jellies, pickles, cereal, yoghurt, milk, etc. The only inconvenience was the church bells woke us up early on Saturday and Sunday. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would recommend this hotel and I would stayed there again.

The most friendly an helpful staff of any hotel we have stayed at in Germany. You can always stay in a modern new hotel, but to stay in one over 100 years old and experience the old world charm, but with modern conviences is great. Nowhere else have we had staff bring an newspaper to us in English at breakfast. What thoughtful service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

As a mature couple having to walk up the stairs to boith check in and further to our room was first daunting, however the friendly man at reception brought the bags up for us. Also on our departure we were assisted down with bags.

Hotel receptionist Ms Yasmina was most helpful and friendly. Location is perfect for shopping and seeing, especially to the castle and surrounding areas. Breakfast was adequate.

Unfortunately, there is one complaint and that is the noise from the street and restaurant during the night. We have a room facing the the street and it was like sleeping right on the street itself. Tried to close all the windows but it was stuffy so have no choise but to open one window.

The staff was extremely helpful. We even did not need the tourist information, the staff made sure we know everything each day before leaving.

Excelente ubicación en la calle principal. Desayuno muy completo. Finalmente no cobran internet aunque se solicita pago de 5€ por cada terminal que se conecte.

El aparcamiento no es sencillo si llevas coche propio. Aunque puedes acceder a la puerta del hotel aunque sea calle peatonal, debes aparcar el coche en parking público a 100m (16€ día) o a 400m (12€ día).
