Hotel location is excellent. The hotel is 5 min walk away from river Elbe and situated in a peaceful district. And getting to the Dresden center takes only 10-15 mins (by car or tram). I was travelling with young children who need pram. Getting pram to hotel room was a bit difficult since there were stairs at all the entrances. I would imagine this is a big issue for handicapped people who need wheelchair. |

We had conveyed our extra bed need via email and their response was prompt. When we reached the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious double bed rooms we had booked. Hotel staffs were very friendly and were well informed of our need for an extra bed. The extra bed was already prepared beforehand in the bedroom so that we can settle in the moment we got our room keys. |

The hotel is nice. It takes 30 min to get there from center. But it is 1 tram, w/o changes so it is convinient. Only 1 disadvantage - mattrasses should be replaced to some hard one, the current is too soft... |

The room was spacious but not good decorated. Not sure its really a 3 or 4 star hotel. The breakfast was good and hotel staff were nice too. |

Beim Empfang bzw. Abreise waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt war das gesamte Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. etwas eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeiten - bei Anreise tragen der Koffer über viele Stufen - es fehlte der Hinweis das von der Rückseite des Hotels ebenerdiger Eintritt / Liftnutzung möglich war. |

Angenehm waren die sehr großen Zimmer und die gute Ausstattung. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Anbindung an das öffentliche Nahverkehrsnetz. Überrascht war ich über die sehr hohe Pauschale für ein Haustier von 15.-€ pro Nacht. Das ist für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie viel zu hoch. Da ja keinerlei Leistungen erbracht werden sind 7-10 € mehr als genug. |

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit ist hervorzuheben. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig. Nicht gefallen hat der Preis für das Frühstück. Für Gäste mit einen "kleinen Hunger" unakzeptabel. Das Zimmer hat eine kleine Einbauküche. In dieser Küche befinden sich jedoch keinerlei Küchenutensilien wie Bestecke, Tassen, Teller, Wasserkocher usw. |
