The room is enough to stay 5 people (2 adults and 3 boys). Additionally, the breakfast is excellent for us.

The shower room is not robust, because the handle was dropped out easily.

Lovely hotel just a great stay. Had a bad experiece in Ausburg at another hotel but this one is a defineate for next year

my room # is 01. I received one key. the key is same front gate. that means, every guest has my room key. this problem is clearly solved.

There is a cemetery across the street, which of course is not mentioned in the presentation. The bath has yellowish plastic walls for easy cleaning, just as in cheap Formule 1 motels, which should not be present in 4-star hotel. Rather far from the center of the town. Incredibly expensive in respect of value for money. Definitely not coming back here again !!!

My room had a nice view and a balcony. The room was decorated nicely, the bed was very comfortable. I stayed for over 2 weeks and started to feel very homely there. The staff, including cleaning ladies, were very nice and attentive. I asked some favours and my wishes were always heard. For the price this hotel was very good.

The bathroom was not very nice, - clean though - but the hotel will get renovation soon. Some lacks here and there, like the showers in my room and in the infrared cabin would need proper cleaning. Really, minor defects. If you are supersensitive and bad sleeper you might want to take earplugs with you. The walls and doors are quite thin.

From the service to the decor, the hotel was perfect. Our suite was enormous, the fitness room on the sub-ground floor was great.

The room was a good size and comfortable.

The hotel is 5km outside of Augsburg however there is a really good tram system. The tram is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and run every 15 minutes.

A fresh bright clean hotel, with friendly reception staff. The public areas were neat and bright and the room was perfectly nice. Bathroom (shower- room) was excellent, new and smart with plenty of hot water. Everything was clean and polished. The continental breakfast had a good selection and the dining room was nice. The hotel did everything you'd want and was very good value.

The location is quiet, but far from the city center, the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was good. A very pleasant stay.

For smokers only: the hotel terraces close at 10 PM, so the only option is the smoking area in front of the hotel (obviously, standing up).

Cold water in bath room had no pressure -- trickling not running. Bath room including shower was not laid out for any kind of use. We did not care for the decorating style -- here function followed style instead of vice versa -- a conglomerate of styles.

A very funky, modern hotel, with great interior decor and furnishings. The games room was an unexpected surprise, very much enjoyed by the family to relax after a long drive. The room was very comfortable and the decor great.

As usual everything was perfect: room, breakfast, staff. We travelled with our small dog and she was accepted in a friendly way in all the hotel without any problem.

Modern hotel with a nice white lounge, art books. Always some sweet stuff from the breakfast table and apples in the lounge. Two terraces, free parking place in front and at the back of hotel. Breakfast till 11 o'cock (lovely, no hurry), I had the best breakfast ever (there were even pancakes with salmon, tasty mushrooms, pastries,etc). The room was clean, a bit too cool for my taste, modern shower. The personnel was extremely friendly, never a no to my questions. I would certainly stay there again.

At first I was disappointed about the location; too far from the centre, no atmospheric surroundings. However, the hotel let you nice pink bikes for free, so 3 minutes to the tram stop, 15 min. by tram to the town centre. 2.45 euro one way. About midnight last tram back.

This hotel locates perfect area for runners and walkers in the woods, because there is huge woods called "Stadwald Augsburg" almost in front. Jogging in the woods early morning was refreshing my body. Do not forget navigation device when you go into the wood so that not to get lost your way back to the hotel. Breakfast was perfect for us with many selections and good quality. A nice pizza restaurant locates a few minutes walk away from the hotel.

The Hotel staffs were good. Pancake at the breakfast was delicious.
