We loved it! The staff was friendly. We stayed in Zirndorf, and do not speak German...they made every attempt to make us feel comfortable...and answered our questions. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We just had such a wonderful time! The rooms were just a bit too cold for us...we were not able to adjust the temperature. It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room. |

Room was fairly clean. Breakfast had good selection. Room had a strange smell. We had a "family" room wich consisted of a double bed and a pull out couch. The couch was broken and extreamly uncomfortable. There was no hot water at all. |

The rooms was very big and clean. In short a very well kept and nice hotel. The pyramid was plus with the cool huge windows with a good view over the area. |

Clean, friendly service. Great breakfast buffet!!! five minutes from Playmobil fun Park. My children loved the actual pyramid shape of the hotel. Very large rooms. there is also two restaurants but we did not try them. A/c in room!! |

the price is much too expensive when you travel for bussiness. They increase the prices when there are fairs at the near by exhibition center |

Really nothing. There was this one guy working in the restaurant though who was polite and provided quite good service. I did really not like my stay at Hotel Pyramide. The hotel looks attractive on the web, but once you are there, you see how old everything is getting there. There is a smoking area on the ground floor and the smoke gets everywhere so for non smokers the hotel stinks. The room did stink efen though we requested a non-smoking room. |

Friendly environment, cozy rooms, excellent service. Everything was pretty nice. The shape of the hotel as well as the view of the rooms is something worth living. From the moment of your staying there you wont be easily satisfied to other hotels. They have done a really good work. |

Very,very big problem is parking! I can not accept real existence that I , as guest of hotel ( like Piramide ) should pay parking in garage of hotel ! |

Clean and nice hotel, good stuff and excellent breakfast. There is no infrastructure around the hotel. No stores, no restaurants. Open space and roads. |

Helle Zimmer mit grossen Fensterfronten. Alter Fernseher, zu wenig Kanäle und kein Teletext. Dusche mit zu wenig Wasserdurchfluss. Keine konstante Wassertemperatur. Strändiger Wechsel zwischen Kalt und Warm. Habe schlussendlich nur die Badewanne benützt und vielleicht dreimal so viel Wasser gebraucht als mit Duschen. |

Frühstücksbuffet war o.k. Sehr spartanische Zimmereinrichtung,Leuchten-,FS-Fernbedienung defekt.Duschkopfhalter defekt.Restaurant Setos keine gute Atmosphäre. Der berechnete Preis in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt. |

es hat mir gar nichts gefallen. Zu wenig personal, musste jeden tag lange auf Empfangsdame warten. Sie sagte es sei zu wenig personal. Die saunas sind dreckig. Voll dreck an Rand. Dusche tropft dauern. Viel Staub unter dem Bett. Nie wieder |

La comodita' per la posizione rispetto al parco della playmobil. Il design esterno dell'hotel. La colazione. Nessun gadget come indicato invece dalla prenotazione. Non letto agginto come da prenotazione. Arredamento datato. Non il massimo del confort. |
